In clinical practice, it happens sometimes that the diagnosis seems in no doubt. However, experience shows that misdiagnosis is not uncommon. Even when it seems of a certainty. Malaria is a group of vector-borne infectious diseases transmitted to humans through the bites of female Anopheles mosquitoes, infected by parasitic protists of the genus Plasmodium, predominantly Plasmodium falciparum. Malaria is accompanied by fever, chills, splenomegaly, hepatomegaly, and anemia. It is characterized by a chronic relapsing course. Hemolytic anemia is a group name for rare diseases, a common symptom of which is an increased destruction of red blood cells, causing, on the one hand, anemia and increased formation of erythrocyte decay products, and on the other hand, reactively enhanced erythropoiesis.","PeriodicalId":138653,"journal":{"name":"Spravočnik vrača obŝej praktiki (Journal of Family Medicine)","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128557753","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, over the past decade there has been an innovation boom in treatment options that are either under development or have been approved for the treatment of hemophilia, including engineered clotting factors and a vast range of new approaches and techniques. Some of these new techniques, especially gene therapy, show proof of principle in hemophilia, but may have wider applications. These advances, combined with improved diagnostics, are now enabling clinicians to improve standards of care for people with hemophilia. The various mechanisms of action and modifications used in these therapies have implications for their safe and effective use, which must be balanced with their therapeutic utility.","PeriodicalId":138653,"journal":{"name":"Spravočnik vrača obŝej praktiki (Journal of Family Medicine)","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124412819","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Anomaly in the development of this ligament in the form of its pronounced compaction and shortening caused pathological afferentation both from the structures of the ligament itself and from the area of its attachment to the skull bone structures and, as a result, the development of persistent cranialgia. The article also describes a method of treatment by manual impact on the hypertrophied nuchal ligament, as a result of which a good clinical effect is achieved.","PeriodicalId":138653,"journal":{"name":"Spravočnik vrača obŝej praktiki (Journal of Family Medicine)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126562432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In addition, in Russia in 1994 it was proposed to celebrate the day of the psychologist as well, as a tribute to the people involved in this hard work. On November 22, 1994, on the initiative of the Moscow State University, the Russian Psychological Society was established, and most psychologists consider this day to be their holiday. Breastfeeding is a type of nutrition that has developed within the biological evolution of all mankind and refers to the appropriate nutrition of a newborn infant. Natural feeding creates directly protective and stimulating body options. A complex chemical and biological composition of breast milk renders a huge range of functions of protection and regulation of the development and differentiation of the child's body. In this context, nutrition is the basis of child health programming. Historically, each ethnic group has developed its own practice in baby feeding for centuries, which was determined by climatic and geographical features. Due to various national traditions of feeding, a modern type of feeding has developed, which does not lose its relevance in modern times.","PeriodicalId":138653,"journal":{"name":"Spravočnik vrača obŝej praktiki (Journal of Family Medicine)","volume":"126 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114504792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis of the research results shows that tobacco smoking leads to a significant increase in heart rate, blood pressure, pulsatility, average dynamic arterial pressure, minute blood volume, and circulatory efficiency ratio. Gradually increasing, the heart rate reached a maximum value of 86.6 (P <0.001) beats per minute in the group with over 20 years of smoking, while in the control group it was 73.2.The highest level of systolic and diastolic blood pressure was 138.7 (P<0.001) and 88.8 (P<0.001) mm Hg. in the group of smokers with the smoking experience of more than 20 years, while in non-smokers the indicators were 114.1 and 73.9, respectively. The maximum level of pulsatility was 49.9 (P<0.001) and that of average dynamic arterial pressure — 109.8 (P<0.001) mm Hg., identified in the group of smokers with over 20 years of smoking, while the initial levels were 40.2 and 90.8, respectively. The range of systolic blood volume between the groups was 4.3 ml. Minute blood volume in groups of men under 20 years and over increased to 4.11 (P <0.01) and 4.06 (P <0.02) l/min, while in the group of non-smokers it accounted for 3.69. The increase in the duration of tobacco smoking led to a slight increase in peripheral resistance. As the smoking period lengthens, the circulatory efficiency value undergoes a gradual increase, reaching a maximum value of 4,323 (P <0.001) in the group with over 20 years of smoking, while in the control group it was 1,898. The difference between the maximum and minimum circulatory efficiency values between the experimental male groups was 1.3.","PeriodicalId":138653,"journal":{"name":"Spravočnik vrača obŝej praktiki (Journal of Family Medicine)","volume":"99 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116105619","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a rule, this syndrome is often accompanied by severe maladaptation disorders, which significantly worsen the patient's quality of life. Also, autonomic dysfunction is not attributed to the pathology of the autonomic nervous system itself. This pathology of the autonomic nervous system is of great interest for both doctors and scientists, since today there are more and more diagnostic possibilities that help to study the pathology in various nosological categories. However, along with new diagnostic possibilities, etiological factors, and methods of treatment, there is a considerable number of myths that also attract the researchers’ attention.","PeriodicalId":138653,"journal":{"name":"Spravočnik vrača obŝej praktiki (Journal of Family Medicine)","volume":"53 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116721844","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result of increased pressure, there is an increase in the hydrodynamic load on the optic disc, gradually leading to its atrophy. Progressive narrowing of visual fields is another classic sign of glaucoma. This disease is one of the main causes of vision loss and related disability of the population. There are three main forms of glaucoma: primary open-angle, primary closed-angle, and secondary glaucoma, which develops against the background of the existing pathology of the organs of vision (diabetic retinopathy, acute iridocyclitis, post-thrombotic oculopathy). Primary open-angle glaucoma is the most common form of the disease, usually affecting the elderly. Angle-closure glaucoma is less common, but it is more dangerous. This form of the disease is often observed against the background of existing hypermetropia. This type of primary glaucoma develops as a result of a violation of the outflow in the drainage system of the eye due to the occlusion of the internal scleral sinus. In this case, the anterior chamber is significantly reduced in size or even disappears, and the lens is close to the cornea. Angle-closure glaucoma is characterized by a paroxysmal course, rapid progression, and a less favorable prognosis. In some cases, an acute attack of angle-closure glaucoma requires immediate hospitalization with subsequent surgical intervention.","PeriodicalId":138653,"journal":{"name":"Spravočnik vrača obŝej praktiki (Journal of Family Medicine)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127778849","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
