Abstract
The article describes a case of diagnosis and treatment of one of the varieties of cervicogenic headache caused by the nuchal ligament hypertrophy. Anomaly in the development of this ligament in the form of its pronounced compaction and shortening caused pathological afferentation both from the structures of the ligament itself and from the area of its attachment to the skull bone structures and, as a result, the development of persistent cranialgia. The article also describes a method of treatment by manual impact on the hypertrophied nuchal ligament, as a result of which a good clinical effect is achieved.
