This tissue contains numerous cells, stem cells, and growth factors. This research investigates the protein interaction contributing to dura mater healing process. Methods: We use the available analysis software to perform the protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis (http:// gpsprot.org/index.php). GPS Protein is an interactive platform for visualizing human protein interaction by integrating HIPPIE and CORUM databases. We excluded HIV-1 proteomic and RNAi databases, instead focused on human PPI (Confidence level 0.75). Two proteins were inputted as query to identify the potential protein network in Dura mater healing according to previous studies, i.e. fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF2) and transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGFβ1). Results: PPI results shows a high level (confidence level>0.75) of protein-protein interaction of TGFβ1 to 197 other proteins (Confidence level ranges: 0.49-0.87), and PPI of FGF2 to 26 other proteins (Confidence level ranges: 0.0-0.97). TGFβ1 interactions showed the important interactions to some remodeling proteins. TGFβ1 encoded regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, growth, expression modulation and the activation of other growth factors. It also induces epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and cell migration. Conclusion: This bioinformatics approach is the more efficient and cheaper method for analyzing the molecular aspect of protein that has a special contribution in Dura mater healing process. These results could beneficial in focusing further researches for more complex laboratory examinations.","PeriodicalId":13853,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of ChemTech Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"73-82"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83161801","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These were characterized by elemental analysis IR, UV, magnetic susceptibility and molar conductivity measurements. The IR spectra of the Ligand HMA-GPA and the metal complexes suggest that the Ligand coordinates the metal ion through azomethine nitrogen, carboxylate Oxygen and Oxygen of the phenolic -OH group. The electronic absorption spectra and magnetic data indicate the Cu(II), Ni(II)complexes to be square planar and Co(II) complex to be octahedral. Jackfruit straw has a composition consisting of 13.45% starch, 65.05% water. The potential content of jackfruit straw starch can be used as an alternative fuel, it was, bioethanol. This material can be converted to bioethanol through hydrolysis and fermentation processes. This study aimed to determine the effect of variations in the type of solvent and extraction time, used the type of solvent H2O, NaOH and NaHCO3 for starch which was then hydrolyzed and produced glucose as a raw material for making bioethanol. The initial content of jackfruit straw was carbohydrate of 11.5%, fat of 16.22% and protein of 8.38%. The first step was drying so that the jackfruit straw became powder with a moisture content <14%. Then extraction with a solvent to dissolve compounds that can interfere with the hydrolysis process such as fats and proteins. This research was conducted by extracting jackfruit straw powder into starch. Variation of the extraction process was the type of solvent (H2O, NaOH of 0.2%, and NaHCO3 of 0.2%) and the extraction time (5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 minutes) at room temperature. The results showed that the highest reducing sugar concentration of 2.16% was in the type of NaOH solvent for 25 minutes.","PeriodicalId":13853,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of ChemTech Research","volume":"43 1","pages":"159-163"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86467627","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The methods are based on condensation reaction with PDAB (Method-A) and ONB (Method-B) in presence of acidic medium with the primaryamine group in DNV. The coloured products exhibit absorption λmax at 639 nm and 452nm for methods A and B respectively. Regression analysis of Beer-Lambert plots showed good correlation in the concentration ranges 10-60μg/ml, 50-300 μg/ml, correlation co-efficients are 0.9983, 0.9989;Sandell’s sensitivities are9.9833 x 10 -3 , 3.0456 x 10 -2 (1 mole cm -1 ); and molar absorptivity values are5.4857 x 10 4 ,1.7981x 10 4 (μg cm -2 ) for methods-Aand B respectively. The proposed methods are applied to commercial available formulations and the results are statistically compared with those obtained by the UV reference method and validated by recovery studies. The results are found satisfactory and reproducible. These methods are applied successfully for the estimation of the DNV in the presence of other ingredients that are usually present in formulations. These methods offer the advantages of rapidity, simplicity and sensitivity and low cost without the need for expensive instrumentation and reagents.","PeriodicalId":13853,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of ChemTech Research","volume":"1 1","pages":"394-401"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75682815","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Normally, conventional concrete is manufactured with Portland cement, which acts as a binder. The production of cement emits CO2 into the atmosphere, which is a green house gas and causes the environmental pollution. Considering this as a serious environmental problem, there is a need to develop sustainable alternatives to Portland cement utilizing the industrial byproducts such as fly ash, ground granulated blast furnace slag and Metakaoline which are pozzolonic in nature. It has been established that fly ash can replace cement partially. In this context, a new material was developed known as ‖Geopolymer‖. In this study, the various parameters on the short term engineering properties of fresh and hardened properties of Geopolymer Mortar were studied. In the present investigation, cement is replaced by geopolymer source material and water is replaced by alkaline activator consisting of Sodium Silicate and Sodium Hydroxide of molarity (12M). The ratio of sodium silicate to sodium hydroxide adopted was 2.5. The test results showed that final setting time decreases as the GGBS content in the mix increases and also increase in compressive strength. Where as in the case of metakaoline, as the content increases, there is a decrease in compressive strength and setting times of the geopolymer concrete.","PeriodicalId":13853,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of ChemTech Research","volume":"24 1","pages":"117-122"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75841147","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, when present excessively in drinking water it has detrimental effects on human health in terms of the prevalence of dental caries, skeletal fluorosis and bone fractures. Endemic fluorosis, especially dental mottling and discoloration has been prevalent in many parts of Eritrea. However, no well-established study has been carried out to ascertain the fluoride content in the groundwater of the affected villages, except a couple of researches conducted to estimate fluoride level in drinking water of the villages around Keren and Elabered, where dental mottling and fluorosis is prevalent. According to the researches the fluoride level in the underground water was found to be higher than the maximum WHO limit of 1.5 mg/L. Butthe fluoride content of other places (villages) with endemic dental fluorosis has not been determined and documented, and therefore it is necessary to conduct this research in the affected areas to ascertain the fluoride level in the drinking water of the community and compare it with the WHO standards.","PeriodicalId":13853,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of ChemTech Research","volume":"29 1","pages":"342-346"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73883743","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
