The nanofluids such as CuO and Al2O3are used as coolants to enhance the performance of triangular microchannel heat sinks.The modeling and analysis were done with the help of Solid works. The heat transfer performance of the triangular fins were studied with the Reynolds number varying from 96 460. Thenumerical result shows that the triangular oblique finned microchannel heat sink has large heat transfer rateof 12.9 % for varying Reynolds number when compared to a straight channel. Similarly, the pressure drop also increases with 38.2% for triangular microchannel flowing nanofluid. Cefdinir exhibits absorption maxima at 287nm in hydrotropic solvent. Beer’s law was found to be obeyed in the concentration range of 2.5-17.5μg/ml. The developed method was validated as per the ICH guidelines. The calibration plot was linear over the concentration range investigated (2.5–17.5μg/ml) for Cefdinir in hydrotropic solvent with correlation coefficient, r 2 , 0.99903. The method is accurate, precise and economical. In this proposed method, there was no interference from common pharmaceutical excipients. Those colors are harrmful for human well being. Various procedures have been utilized to expel the color from industrial wastewater. Out of different methods used in practice, adsorption was observed to be exceptionally successful and effective. The reason behind the especiality is when nanocomposites are utilized as an adsorbent, as it has a better adsorption limit, selectivity, and solidness than nanoparticles. In this research, a peculiar synthesis of adsorbent Graphene Oxide Silica [GO-Si] is carried out and it is used to remove methylene blue dye from texile industry wastewater. Analysing the performance of MB dye removal from the waste water using this adsorbent seems to be more effective. Various studies have been carried out for successful analysis of the performance such as adsorption isotherm study, Freundlich and Langmuir analysis. This research was aimed to know diversity and abundance of insect in pineapple plantation, detect species evenness of insect in to type agroecosystem of pineapple with polyculture and monoculture systems. This research was carried out at pineapple plantation on Lobong village, Bolaang Mongondow District. Insect diversity was observation in pineapple plants will be done by using pith fall traps. The trapping was put in two land research locations that have different system that’s polyculture and monoculture agroecosystem. The sample from trapping was putted into the sample bottle was sorted and identified. The analysis was done to detect diversity of insect with measures index of diversity Shannon and index of evenness Shannon-Wiener. The result showed that biodiversity of insect on pineapple plant that applies cultivation polyculture system more various from in cultivation monoculture system. Total family of insect that found at polyculture land that were 17 families with totals 1614 individuals and monoculture 12 families with totals 1450 individuals. The Shannon and Evenness diversity index in plants with polyculture systems were 0.664 and 0.571 higher than in monoculture systems (0.571 and 0.206). One suitable technique for processing such waste is bioremediation which utilize microorganism activities. Waste rice straw is one potential substrate which carries and supports the bioremediation microorganisms. Lignin in the straw provides nutrients for bacteria and fungi which enable the production of enzymes to degrade pollutants in the waste. Lignin can also increase interfacial surface tension between hydrophobic and hydrophilic fractions in the waste mixture to facilitate their separation. The objective of this study is to model the kinetic of bioremediation which represent the relation between bioremediation period and reduction rate of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH). The model utilized characterization results of retentate from waste filtration in terms of water content and pH. The bioremediation process involved mixing of waste rice straw and processed liquid waste from a petroleum refinery plant at 1:20 (m/v) ratio for varied duration of 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 days. Results showed that the formation rate of water (measured as moisture content in retentate) which indicate the reduction rate of TPH follows 1.2 order of reaction at rate constant of 0.594 day-1. Prediction of Michaelis-Menten model was also performed. The synthesized crystal structure lattice parameters are found to be a = 10.68 (2) Ǻ, b = 5.47 (2) Ǻ, c = 16.725.47 (2) Ǻ; α = γ = 90o, β = 100.7o by single crystal X-ray diffractometer. The grown crystal belongs to a monoclinic structure and non-centrosymmetric space group P21. Optical properties were determined from optical absorption studies to compute the absorption range, band gap, refractive index and electrical susceptibility of L-methioninium nitrate. Dielectric parameters of the sample carried out at different temperature in the frequency range from 100 Hz to 5 MHz. The solid parameters such as plasma energy, Penn gap, Fermi energy and polarizability of L-methioninium nitrate have been determined using dielectric studies. The second harmonic generation efficiency of the grown crystal has been confirmed by Kurtz and Perry technique.
