The study was conducted using a fully randomized design (CRD) consisting of 1 factor in the form of tomato extract using 5 levels of tomato extract concentration, namely 0%(as a control), 5%, 10%, 15%and 20%. The investigation was performed with 5 repetitions at each concentration and each repetition consisted of 2 stems of Cattleya sp. The results showed that the concentration of tomato extract in Vacin and Went medium was effective for the growth of Cattleya sp. namely a concentration of 15% (v / v) to increase the number of leaves and a concentration of 5% (v / v) to increase the number of shoots. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis dan populasi gulma pada areal percetakan sawah baru di Desa Purworejo Timur Kecamatan Modayag Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan pengambilan data secara sengaja (Purposive Sampling). Pengambilan sampel secara sengaja pada areal tanaman padi sawah di lokasi percetakan sawah baru. Hasil penilitian menunjukan bahwa ada 11 spesies gulma yang tumbuh pada area persawahan percetakan baru di Desa Purworejo Timur Kecamatan Modayag Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur. Beberapa jenis gulma tersebut yaitu jenis gulma Fimbrystilis sp, Cyperus difformis, Cyperus iria, Ludwigia hyssopifolia, Eleusine indica, Digitaria sp, Comelina diffusa, Cyperus rotundus, Cynodon sp, Echinocloa sp, Cleome sp. Teknik sambung stek merupakan teknik perbanyakan kopi yang daianggap lebih efisien oleh beberapa kebun komersial di Indonesia. Proses pembibitan hanya membutuhkan waktu 3-4 bulan sedangkan masa tunggu hingga panen pertama cukup menunggu 3 tahun masa TBM (tanaman belum menghasilkan). Pemanfaatan sumber auksin dalam hal proses stek tanaman umum dilakukan, namun untuk dibandingkan dengan beberapa sumber auksin alami masih belum banyak ditemui. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa sumber auksin alami maupun sintetis dalam proses pembibitan kopi dengan metode sambung stek. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap satu faktor yaitu perendaman bibit sambung stek pada larutan yang terdiri dari: Aquades (Kontrol/H1); ekstrak tauge (H2); IAA 100 ppm (H3); IAA 200 ppm (H4); Urin ternak segar (H5); Urin ternak terfermentasi (H6). Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA dan di uji lanjut dengan menggunakan Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Parameter yang diamati adalah waktu awal muncul tunas, jumlah tunas harian, jumlah daun serta persentase keberhasilan proses pembibitan dilihat dari perkembangan batang atasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan perendaman bibit sambung stek dengan IAA 200 ppm dan urin ternak segar memiliki persentase kematian lebih tinggi dibanding perlakuan lainnya. However, it is necessary to choose well-drained land to cultivate so that the soil can evacuate excess water that the roots can absorb. The study aimed to compare the combination of the suitable planting media and the concentration of Manutta Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) on the growth of Moringa plant seeds before transplanting into the field. The hypothesis was suspected that there was an influence of soil, compost, and burnt husk planting media with a specific ratio and concentration of LOF on the growth of Moringa plant seeds. The employed a completely randomized design (CRD) method. The treatment design comprised two factorials of nine treatments with three replications. The combination of each treatment, namely: 1) the ratio of soil, compost, and burnt husk (2:1:1) with the concentration of LOF 5000 ppm; 2) the ratio of soil, compost, and burnt husk (1:2:1) with the concentration of LOF 4000 ppm; 3) and the ratio of soil, compost, and burnt husks (1:1:1) with the concentration of 10ml of fertilizer mixed with 3 liters of water (equivalent to 3300 ppm of fertilizer).
