The investigation was performed with 5 repetitions at each concentration and each repetition consisted of 2 stems of Cattleya sp. The results showed that the concentration of tomato extract in Vacin and Went medium was effective for the growth of Cattleya sp. namely a concentration of 15% (v / v) to increase the number of leaves and a concentration of 5% (v / v) to increase the number of shoots.
