The compounds were initially prepared using the hydrothermal method at 180°C, and part of the active materials were reheated at 500°C in the air to improve the crystallinity and reduce the impurities. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy, and BET surface area. Anodic electrochemical behavior was examined by cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic cycling, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Results show that (Fe1/2Sb1/2Sn)O4 reheated at 500°C delivers a better capacity of ∼400 mAh/g at 0.005-1.0 V voltage range up to 60th cycle. When we cycled a higher cut-off voltage of 0.005-3.0V, higher reversible capacity and higher capacity fading were noted due to alloying and conversion reaction of these mixed oxides. Cyclic voltammetry studies show reversible alloying/de-alloying peaks at ∼0.25 and ∼0.5 V vs. Li","PeriodicalId":13712,"journal":{"name":"INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT (ICEE 2021)","volume":"18 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77757157","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The economic improvement of fishers and boat owners is very dependent on this effort. Efficient fishing technology will reduce fishing operating costs with a larger number of catches. The description above indicates a need for research on the effect of changing fishing patterns after engine power efficiency has. The calculation is carried out on fishing gear equipment, namely power block, net length, net weight of the net, and net sinking speed on fishing operations’ efficiency. With the efficiency of fishing gear, the income of fishers increases more than the income before efficiency is carried out. The efficiency of fishing operations is strongly influenced by fuel, crew members’ consumption, fishing patterns, number of crew members, and operational effectiveness. Data analysis was carried out in two stages, namely regression analysis and efficiency analysis. Regression analysis aims to determine the magnitude of ship speed on fish catch, and efficiency analysis aims to determine engine power efficiency, operating time efficiency, hold efficiency and fishing gear efficiency. The results show that the calculation of engine power efficiency is about 75%, the operating time efficiency is around 55%, the hold efficiency is around 35%, and the fishing gear efficiency is around 73%.","PeriodicalId":13712,"journal":{"name":"INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT (ICEE 2021)","volume":"8 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74688163","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its light, porous, and high-temperature resistance has made it well known used for lightweight and fire-resistant materials. In this study, the expanded perlite was prepared from perlite rock originally from Padang Pariaman district, West Sumatra, Indonesia, by comparing two different heat treatment techniques. The heat treatment using a muffle furnace around 1000 °C cannot expand the perlite properly even though the heating time was up to 3 hours. While heating using a gas torch resulted in expanded perlite with good quality. The characteristics of the prepared expanded perlite were light (specific gravity of 0.15 g/cm3), porous, and high specific surface area. Based on these characteristics, the prepared expanded perlite has a high potential to be applied as a lightweight material.","PeriodicalId":13712,"journal":{"name":"INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT (ICEE 2021)","volume":"15 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87384270","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The inhibition of sponge methanol extract against the growth of Escherichia coli (EC) and Staphylococcus aureus (SA) and Malassezia furfur (MF) fungi was the largest by CR sponge methanol extract, but did not have inhibitory activity against Candida albicans (CA).
