According to Siahaan, the low quality and quality of Islamic education, in general, is influenced by several factors, including the curriculum, facilities, graduates, teaching staff, and education funding. In some cases, madrasas and other Islamic educational institutions have not been able to outperform or balance the quality of school education in general. This paper will briefly explain the financial aspects of Islamic education as one of the dimensions or part of the Islamic education system, which is very important and affects the success and success of Islamic education in the future. Management or financial management regarding good planning, implementation, and evaluation will determine the success of education in achieving its goals. The number of funds obtained by an educational institution will not improve the quality and quality of education if it is not managed correctly according to the applicable rules and regulations. The study of Islamic civilization in Tebing Tinggi is important because based on its history, Tebing Tinggi was once a kingdom before becoming an autonomous region. Salah satu sejarah yang dapat kita ketahui yaitu sejarah tentang Perkembangan Islam Periode/ Zaman Keemasan (Pada tahun 650 M – 1250 M ) Bani Abbasiyah, yang mana Pemerintahan dinasti Abbasiyah dinisbatkan kepada Al- Abbas, paman Rasulullah, sementara Khalifah pertama dari pemerintahan ini adalah Abdullah Ash- Sahffah bin Muhammad bin Ali Bin Abdulah bin Abbas bin Abdul Muthalib.Pada tahun 132 H/750 M, oleh Abul abbas Ashsaffah,dan sekaligus sebagai khalifah pertama. Selama lima Abad dari tahun 132-656 H (750 M- 1258 M). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah sosial. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dan disajikan secara deskriptif dengan cara memilih topik, mengumpulkan sumber, memverifikasi data, menginterpretasikannya dan untuk selanjutnya dilakukan rekonstruksi agar menjadi penjelasan yang utuh dan komprehensif sehingga mudah dimengerti dan dipahami. He was the first character to express this; Saifullah said in Pena Almuslim, \"Marriage of Islam, modernity. Nurchalish Madjid first put forward this idea in the era of the 70s, and now it is felt the importance of the idea being actualized in the context of building the nation's character\". Kurikulum pendidikan begitu penting dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini guna mendeskripsikan terkait pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan yang diterapkan berbasis multikultural di lembaga pendidikan. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan yang mengandalkan dari sumber bibliografi seperti artikel jurnal ilmiah dan buku yang berkaitan dengan pokok pembahasan. Beliau mengembangkan dakwah Islam/pendidikan Islam mulai dari Fansur, hingga ke kerajaan Aceh bahkan sampai tingkat internasional, hal tersebut dapat di buktikan dari karya karya mereka yang berkembang pesat di kerajaan Aceh, dan menjadi rujukan terhadap Pendidikan Islam di Aceh khususnya di Aceh Singkil. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode deskriftif yaitu, malakukan inventarisasi pemikiran Abdurrauf As-Singkili tentang pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas. Pada tahap pengumpulan data akan ditempuh dengan studi kepustakaan (Library Research), selanjutnya analisis data yang dilakukan berupa analisis isi (Content Analysis). Berdasarkan data analisa yang dilakukan terhadap pemikiran Abdurrauf As-Singkili, Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tidak diragunakan lagi bahwa Abdul Ruf Singkel merupakan seorang pemikir yang meiliki pemikiran yang tajam dan keulamaannya sangat terkenal.kontribusinya terhadap pendidikan dibuktikan dengan karya-karya sastra beliau yang dijadikan sebagai bagian kekayaan intelektual muslim di Indonesia yang sangat masyhur. Karya-karyanya yang berbentuk suluk dari karya pemikir ulama Islam terdahulu sampai saat ini.
