To this end, a set of targeted fault feature extraction algorithm and fault classification method is designed, and Labview is used to complete the development of the program. The software USES virtual oscilloscope to complete signal acquisition, local characteristic scale decomposition and fractal box dimension algorithm to complete fault feature extraction, and probabilistic neural network to complete fault classification determination. Finally, taking the typical fault state of a circuit as an example, this software is used to judge the fault category. Especially for multi-agents in real world, acquiring a full view world with a quick learning is still a great challenge. Inspired by Policy Gradient (PG) and its successors, a toy model with multi-agents by four two-dimensional manipulators environment is built based on physics engine-based MuJoCo. With a modified deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm and different credit strategies for individual agent, the cooperation and competition behaviour to target location between agents are studied. The experimental results show that each robot can complete the task with a negligible convergence effect, indicating that the MADDPG algorithm has a good performance in a complex environment, and successfully learn the strategy of multi-agent collaboration. In order to eliminate mismatched disturbances, a new auxiliary adaptive variable with first-order derivable is first designed, by constructing a new sliding mode surface. Then by coordinating transformation with the auxiliary variable, the original system can be transformed into a new one. An adaptive sliding mode controller is designed to ensure the states of the new system converge to zero in finite time. The designed adaptive laws can greatly alleviate the problem of gain over-estimation compared with the conventional adaptive method and accordingly the control chattering phenomenon can be attenuated significantly. In this paper, a new video moving object tracking method based on Kalman filter is proposed. In initialization, a moving object selected by the user is segmented and the dominant color is extracted from the segmented target. In tracking step, a motion model is constructed to set the system model of adaptive Kalman filter firstly. Then, the dominant color of the moving object in HSI color space will be used as feature to detect the moving object in the consecutive video frames. The detected result is propagated as the measurement of adaptive Kalman filter and the estimate parameters of adaptive Kalman filter are adjusted by occlusion ratio adaptively. A new specification for replacing MMS, called CMS for short, has been proposed by China. This paper introduces the technical route and technical improvement of CMS, analyzes the application of the PER and communication security mechanism. Through the minimum system, the communication performance of CMS and MMS in the substation was tested and compared. According to the test result, CMS can reduce approximately 40% bandwidth and the real-time performance is basically unchanged. The security mechanism of CMS is introduced and tested. Existing PET uses fully controlled switching devices with a single output level. To solve this problem, a new PET topology based on the Vienna rectifier is proposed in the article. The isolation stage uses Vienna rectifiers. As the number of levels increases, not only can the switching frequency of power devices be increased, but also system losses can be reduced. In this paper, the new PET topology based on the Vienna rectifier is established, using the current inner loop and voltage outer loop dual closed-loop PI control strategy, and building a Simulink simulation model. The simulation results show that the voltage of the PET input stage is increased by 60% after rectification, and the voltage fluctuation is stable within the range of 1 %, which meets the requirements of the power grid.
