In recent years, plenty of researchers have proposed some papers related to Emotion Recognition. However, these methods have some limitations. Generally, they must meet the target face richness, have no occlusion, and have consistent lighting. For methods that consider occlusion, imbalanced label distribution, and illumination changes, many strong assumptions about the environment (e.g., remove occluded images, the imbalanced label’s degree is small). This paper proposes an Emotion Recognition method robust to occlusion, imbalanced labels, and user-independent. Specifically, we designed a GAN-based framework to specify labels to generate pictures and restore occluded images, complementing and completing the data manifold. To solve the problem of training instability and provide a reliable training process index, we improved ACGAN. Most of the existing compression algorithms are implemented by software architecture, which results in the waste of CPU resources. By unloading the algorithm to hardware, it is beneficial to reasonably allocate resources and improve the processing efficiency of CPU. The smart Network Interface Cards (NIC) based on FPGA can not only complete the task of data unloading, but also have the function of sending the compressed data to the cloud storage device directly. It provides a new operating environment for the compression algorithm with efficient network transmission speed, and is able to reduce the system power consumption within a certain range.In this paper, we design an FPGA-based smart NIC that has the ability to unload CPU’s LZ4 compression algorithm to FPGA to improve the utilization rate of CPU. Experiments show that the architecture is able to successfully open up the data path, and the network speed is nearly 46 Gb/s. At the same time, it can be seen from the experiments that the time required to run the LZ4 compression algorithm on the CPU is proportional to the size of files. Based on the YOLOv3 algorithm, pedestrian and non-motor vehicle detection can be obtained by combining skin color detection and face detection, and redundant target information can be filtered by location score function, which can reduce the misjudgment of pedestrians. For non-motor vehicle testing, the cyclist’s position is determined by the re-matching of face or pedestrian position with non-motor vehicle. In order to improve the accuracy of stock prediction, this paper studies the network model based on the improved support vector machine (SVM) algorithm to realize the correct judgment of the stock price trend, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate stock price prediction, and improve the accuracy of the prediction while ensuring the speed of the model. Taking the medical service robot of Raytheon hospital(in Wuhan) as an example, optimizing its path planning, this paper proposes a combination algorithm based on genetic algorithm and A* algorithm, and two-dimensional modeling of the hospital map was carried out by raster method. Through simulation experiments, comparison with traditional algorithm and model tests, the feasibility and effectiveness of the combined algorithm are confirmed. This paper derives the parameter geodesic equation on the cylindrical and the spherical surface respectively. Meanwhile, the MATLAB visualization is also applied to provide a distinct illustration of the features of geodesic. In the application of geodesic, taking advantage of Prim’s algorithm, the simulation of city network indicates the shortest route between two connected cities. The ultimate goal of the real-time monitor research is to use smart home technology to provide a better living environment for people in the future. This research provides five models, namely: Sleep Monitoring System Using Kinect Sensor; Smart Home Energy Management System; Smart Home-Based Health Platform for Behavioural Monitoring and Alteration; Distributed smart sensor system for indoor climate monitoring; Innovative Smart Home System Powered by Botanical IoT and Emotion Detection. Smart home real time monitoring represents an important first step in the field of smart environment-based health monitoring and assistance, energy management system and indoor environment management system as well. The architecture can be used to monitor the behaviour of the residents, for example, activity, diet, and exercise compliance and evaluate the effects of alternative medicine and behaviour regimens. Also, this architecture can be used to maintain the comfort state of the indoor environment, which is safe, convenient, environmental-friendly and healthy.
