Through administrative and legal measures, the implementation of carbon quotas to curb carbon emissions, thereby promoting the transformation of the production process from a high energy consumption model to a low carbon model. Therefore, there has also been a carbon trading market for the purpose of carbon trading. Due to the immaturity of emerging markets and the severe impact of policies, there is great instability and uncertainty. Therefore, the use of the sovereign blockchain model to build a carbon trading system model provides some references for improving the carbon trading market.
