An unhealthy diet can increase cholesterol levels in the blood which will then accumulate on the inner walls of blood vessels, causing atherosclerosis. This study aims to determine the effect of long-term high-protein, low-carbohydrate and low-fat diet on heart function by examining male CKMB & Troponin T levels of Rattus Norvegicus. This research was conducted experimentally in a laboratory with a Post-Test Control Design Group research design. The number of samples was 20 male wistar rats and divided into two groups (standard feed group) and the TPRKRL diet (high protein, low carbohydrate, low fat diet group). Blood was examined in the Hasanuddin University medical research center laboratory using the ELIZA method. The analysis used to determine the difference between the two groups was the Maan-Whitney test. The results showed that the macronutrient composition of the high-protein diet had significantly higher protein content and percentage and lower carbohydrates (protein 78.25% vs. 15.25%; CHO 10.5% vs. 52.2%) compared to the standard feed composition. Meanwhile, post-intervention blood and organ Troponin T levels in the treatment group were 25.45 ± 1.80 and 1022.52 ± 447.89 pg/ml, respectively. And post-intervention blood and organ Troponin T levels in the control group were 23.99 ± 1.24 and 1117.56 ± 324.44 pg/ml. The method used in this thesis research is a sequential explanatory model/design using a Mix Method, that is, a method that sequentially combines quantitative and qualitative research methods, with the first stage utilizing quantitative methods and the second stage utilizing qualitative methods. The findings indicated that the involvement of school stakeholders in enhancing character education at IT Middle School At-Taubah Karawang was rather significant, scoring an average of 3.9. With the highest rating on the religious aspect with an average score of 4.0 and the lowest on the aspect of independence with an average score of 3.8. This shows that the role of educators is very influential on strengthening the character of students. In addition, the results of the study also show that the school/educator stakeholder variable has an influence on strengthening character education at IT Middle School At-Taubah Karawang. Meanwhile, the role of parents in strengthening character education at IT Middle School At-Taubah Karawang is in the high category with an average score of 3.8. With the highest assessment on the aspect of discipline with an average score of 4.0 and the lowest on the aspect of independence with an average score of 3.5. This study used quantitative research and descriptive analysis. The study analyzed two categories of data: primary and secondary data. The data collection method used is a observation and unstructured interviews. In this study, the population taken were all civil servants of the Jakarta Department of Spatial Planning and Land Management, totalling 172 employees. In contrast, the sample taken by the researcher was the entire population in the study. The research data were analyzed using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Path Analysis and Hypothesis Testing. Documentation is useful for hospitals in improving accreditation standards/JCI (Joint Commission International) as a communication tool between professions, quality service indicators, evidence of nurse responsibility and accountability, data sources and as a research tool. Nursing care documentation is carried out as evidence of nursing actions taken professionally and legally so as to provide protection to nurses and patients. The method used in writing this article is a Literature Review through several stages, namely making questions, identification, eligibility, selection of article inclusion and screening. The selection process is stated in the literature review framework and the results of 8 articles from national and international journals are obtained. From the results of a review of journals conducted, it shows that almost all studies conducted have the same results related to the factors that affect the completeness of nursing documentation. The influencing factors include age, knowledge level, education level, motivation, workload, tenure and supervision of the head of the room. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the factors that influence the completeness of nursing documentation including age, level of knowledge, level of education, motivation, workload, tenure and supervision of the head of the room. The population in this study were employees of the Bandung Institute of Technology's School of Business and Management, amounting to 198 people, while the number of samples to be taken was 140. Testing of research data using validity test, reliability test, measurement model test, and hypothesis testing.
