Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is one of the instruments to measure the quality of service. the number of patient visits that can affect the quality of service. Triage is a way of sorting patients based on therapy needs and available resources. Therapy is based on ABC conditions (Airway, with cervical spine control, Breathing, and Circulation with bleeding control). On the other hand, the COVID-19 pandemic greatly affects the response time, impacting the number of patient visits. Response time is the time between the beginning of a request being responded to in other words it can be called response time. A good response time for patients is 5 minutes. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between the number of patient visits and the accuracy of triage implementation and response time. Este estudio tomó tres problemas principales, a saber (1) las causas de las guerras de los Balcanes, (2) la cronología de las guerras de los Balcanes y (3) ¿Cuáles son las implicaciones de las guerras de los Balcanes en la vida sociopolítica del Islam en el sureste? Europa. El método de investigación utilizado en esta tesis es el método de investigación histórica. 4 etapas, a saber (1) Heurística, (2) Fuente / Crítica de verificación, (3) Interpretación e (4) Historiografía. Hay dos enfoques utilizados en este estudio, a saber, los enfoques político y sociológico. Mientras que la teoría que utilizo en esta investigación es teoría. Teoría del conflicto y del cambio social. Los resultados de la investigación que obtuvieron los autores son: cronológicamente, la guerra de los Balcanes fue precedida por el problema de Macedonia que al final sirvió de excusa para legitimar la guerra. Básicamente, la causa principal de esta guerra balcánica se debió a la ambición y el rencor personal entre los respectivos gobernantes de los países balcánicos y el Imperio Otomano. También fue impulsado por el declive del sultanato, la dominación rusa, la guerra turco-italiana (1911-1912), la idea del nacionalismo, la propaganda, la formación de la alianza balcánica y el fracaso de la diplomacia. Nous avons examiné le degré de confiance et d'activité cérébrale lorsque les expressions verbales et faciales sont incongrues. Quatorze volontaires sains ont visionné des photographies de 8 personnes avec des expressions agréables (sourire) ou désagréables (dégoût) seules ou combinées à une expression verbale [positive/négative]. Comme indice du degré de confiance, on a demandé aux sujets d'offrir un don lorsqu'on leur a dit que la personne sur la photo était en difficulté financière. Les émotions positives et le degré de confiance ont été évalués à l'aide de l'échelle visuelle analogique (EVA). Les potentiels liés aux événements (ERP) ont été obtenus à 170-240 ms après avoir visionné les photographies. L'activité cérébrale dans des conditions incongrues a été localisée à l'aide de la tomographie électromagnétique cérébrale à basse résolution standardisée (sLORETA). Les scores EVA pour la condition × sourire positif étaient significativement plus élevés que ceux pour les autres conditions (< 0,05). Le don offert était significativement plus faible pour l'incongruence entre les expressions verbales et faciales, en particulier pour la condition de × sourire négatif. Este estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la comparación de la eficacia de seis disolventes, a saber, aquadest, solución salina de NaCl al 0,9%, aceite de coco, aceite de oliva, carboglicerina al 10% y docusato de sodio al 0,5% de cerumen obturans in vitro y conocer la duración del contacto más eficaz tiempo de un solvente contra la solubilidad del suero. Esta investigación es un experimento de laboratorio que utiliza 30 muestras de cerumen obturado y compactado que pesan 40 mg cada una. El nivel de solubilidad en suero se mide usando el espectrofotómetro espectrónico 21. Comparación de la efectividad del solvente probado con el uso de la prueba One Way Anova con alfa <0.05. Los resultados muestran que la efectividad de diferentes disolventes es significativa a los 20, 25 y 30 minutos solo entre Aquadest y NaCl 0,9% aceite de coco y aceite de oliva utilizando un espectrofotómetro. El tiempo de contacto efectivo in vitro es ≥ 20 minutos y se inclina hasta el límite de 30 minutos. En los minutos 20 y 25, el NaCl al 0,9% es el disolvente más eficaz, mientras que, como máximo, el minuto 30 es el más acuoso. El aceite de oliva y el aceite de coco son los solventes de menor efectividad. The methodological basis of the study is the link between cognitive and emotional elements in people's behavior, theories and emotional intellectual tests. The scientific innovation of research is the study of familial and cultural influences on emotional intellect development or weakening. Output. Positive emotions that parents transmit to their kids establish settings in which their emotional intellect develops and negative emotions that lag behind the emotional intellect. In turn, this offers an incentive to the development of specific psychological traits. In the creation of the individual's emotional intellect via families, social standards, gender and culture, which contribute to family formation, are engaged. In a family the parents' emotional attitude towards children and emotional education methods affect their future personality's formation. With emotions largely shared by people with close relatives, we may conclude that the family is the major social mechanism for determining, managing and regulating the emotional status of society. This system can weaken and deteriorate, leading to emotional imbalance in society. Public trust is recognized as the prerequisite for successful government. With Internet advent, ICTs have far beyond our expectations by influencing society and the government's dependency on ICTs. In addition, e-Governance and trust encourage one another: e-Government fosters confidence, and vice versa. Another approach to build public confidence in government and improve citizens' perceptions of the government might be the development of electronic governance. At the same time numerous governmental agencies have entered the digital highway both in emerging and industrialized nations and offered electronic services to the public. However, e-governance throughout the whole world is a matter of trust, since the issue of confidence in management is still to be resolved. This study aims to show the effects of online services and activities that are essential to establishing government confidence. Obviously, the link between public confidence and the utilization of ICT-based service delivery remains substantial. The study demonstrates that e-government efforts may improve public confidence by enhancing relationships and responsiveness and promoting methods of participation. The government of Bangladesh has therefore implemented various e-service devices/avenues, from education and public service services through law enforcement. This type of leadership demands a leader to be able to understand and monitor followers' psychological needs and ideals, as well as to motivate them to work. Four aspects define transformational leadership: individual concern, intellectual stimulation, inspiring motivation, and charisma or idealized impact. A transformative leader's position is intrinsically motivating. The authors highlight the relevance of the fundamental psychological desire for relatedness with others, as well as the sense of personal competence and autonomy in completing a particular activity, within the idea of self-determination. Recent study indicates that perceived transformative leadership helps employees satisfy their basic psychological requirements. Satisfying each of these requirements has a direct influence on the accomplishment of good results and corporate goals. Positive outcomes most frequently reported include employee trust in the organization, positive feedback from managers, belief in one's own ability to contribute to the organization, identifying opportunities for advancement, a sense of security, job satisfaction, and a high level of enthusiasm for work. The legal sources used in this study are secondary legal sources, which based on their legally binding power, consist of primary legal materials in the form of theories, norms, rules, and opinions of legal experts related to the intellectual property protection legal system associated with community welfare issues, and the role of strategy that the state can play besides the use of secondary and tertiary legal materials. Based on the study of legal sources, it can be seen that regarding the definition, recognition, and protection of intellectual property rights in Indonesia, it is regulated in the law and further regulated in Government Regulations. Intellectual property rights recognized and protected in Indonesia are Copyright and Industrial Property Rights, which consist of trademarks, patents, trade secrets, integrated circuit layout designs, and protection of plant varieties.
