More and more people get engaged in the use of machines rendering hand-stitching obsolete, as it is\u0000strenuous and time-consuming compared to machine stitching. The handcrafted garments do hold a good potential with the use of the right\u0000techniques to assemble and embellish them. This research was taken up to examine the fundamental qualities of hand stitches and their use for\u0000creative clothing seams, surface ornamentation, and decorative elements. Running stitches were explored at length for variation to be used for\u0000both decoration as surface ornamentation and seam construction. The researcher also trained the women without formal education in three\u0000sessions so that they could convert the skill for economic independence. The results were so encouraging that self-help groups for women were\u0000established where they learned the variety of basic hand stitches for ornamental purposes, which added to the value of the garments. The\u0000reversible elements that can be worn on either side of the garment were designed. The disease is characterized by a single point mutation in the β-globin gene, leading\u0000to the synthesis of unstable sickle haemoglobin (HbS). This results in HbS polymerization, oxidative stress, inammation, and endothelial\u0000activation. Despite advancements in treatment strategies, mortality remains high in this population. All enrolled children underwent investigations, including complete\u0000blood count (CBC) and 2D Echocardiography was performed by a cardiologist. The patient's history revealed RHD with severe mitral stenosis, mild mitral regurgitation, and severe pulmonary\u0000hypertension.\u0000Considering the risks associated with neuraxial anesthesia in mitral stenosis, general anesthesia (GA) with a Pericapsular Nerve Group (PENG)\u0000block was chosen. The patient was carefully premedicated, induced with appropriate drugs, and monitored intraoperatively. The PENG block,\u0000performed under ultrasound guidance, aimed to reduce hip pain without causing motor blockade.\u0000The patient remained hemodynamically stable throughout the surgery, and postoperatively, the combination of GA with PENG block provided\u0000effective pain control, reducing the need for opioids. A relatively high mortality of severe coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is worrying, and the application of heparin in COVID-19\u0000has been recommended by some expert consensus because of the risk of disseminated intravascular coagulation and venous thromboembolism.\u0000However, its efcacy remains to be validated. We aim to Correlate the association between prophylactic and therapeutic dosages of low\u0000molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on mortality and other morbidity outcomes in critically ill patients of COVID-19 . Consecutive Methodspatients admitted to Dr. S. C.GMC Medical college and hospital Nanded with laboratory-conrmed COVID-19 were included in this\u0000retrospective observational study. The diagnosis of COVID-19 was established according to World Health Organization interim guidance and\u0000conrmed by RNA detection of the SARS-CoV-2 in the microbiology laboratory of the hospital. Outcomes between COVID-19 patients treated\u0000with standard prophylactic LMWH enoxaparin dosage (subcutaneous enoxaparin 40–60 mg daily) or Therapeutic LMWH enoxaparin dosage\u0000(subcutaneous enoxaparin 40–60 mg twice daily) for 7 days were correlated. Out of 100 patients 50 re Results - ccived P-LMWH & 50 reccived\u0000T-LMWH among that 12 % patients expired in prophylactic group & 22% in therapeutic group. It was observed that the levels of D-dimer\u0000before & after of P-LMWH group were (D-dimer: 2.63±1.77, 0.63±1.19) and those of T-LMWH group were(D-dimer: 3.14 ± 2.15, 1.07 ±1.56 ).\u0000the length of hospital stay was (11 ± 2.21) days in the P-LMWH group and (11 ± 3.99 ) Days in the T-LMWH group. Study demonstrates that if you start earlier prophylactic LMW Conclusion- heparin to critically ill\u0000patients of covid 19 with raised D-dimer level the level of d-dimer will not further increased and comes down to normal value. The aim to assess the presence of sleep disturbances before and after the pandemic in the\u0000adolescents and young adults age groups in the general population. Methods: Survey data were collected by using snowball sampling method in\u0000the general populations. Participants included 234 in total, in those 100 subjects were adolescents(13-24years) and 130 subjects were belonging\u0000to age group of 25-44years. Cross sectional study was proceeded and the prevalence rate of various components of sleep pattern was assessed\u0000using the Pittsburgh sleeping quality index questionaries. Interpretation: Although, the quality of sleep doesn't show variation among\u0000adolescent, but the other domains of sleep pattern are changed aggressively. The % sleep latency was increased which indicates poor sleep\u0000pattern. Sleeping duration are also greatly decreased, which leads to fall in the efciency of the sleep. Moderate sleep disturbances were greatly\u0000affected. Overall good sleeper prevalence rate was drastically falls among adolescents after the pandemic period. The sleep quality and sleep\u0000latency among young adults of bad sleepers was improved after the pandemic. while the other components of the PSQI of sleep was drastically\u0000affected. The duration of sleep was greatly affected. The efciency among good sleepers was highly affected. The prevalence rate was doubled\u0000on severe sleep disturbance in young adults. Mild daytime dysfunction persistently high in both periods. Overall moderate severely sleep\u0000disturbers rate was increased. Lifestyle changes and sleep disturbances have been occurring in hand Conclusion: and hand, it's needed to\u0000evaluate the psychological aetiology of sleep disorders because sleeping is the most important indicator of mental wellbeing and treat the patients\u0000accordingly to prevent the mental illness among adolescents and young adults.
