Allah Almighty descended messengers in every region and among every nation with divine laws to regulate their lives according to His will. These divine laws were given with freedom of choice as worldly life is a test and trial for human beings. According to divine scriptures every individual is answerable to Allah regarding his worldly life and deeds. Followers of all divine religions believe in virtue and sin, reward and punishment, accountability, paradise as the destination of good doers and hell as the last destination of wrong doers. On the concept of Sin, Atonement and salvation a rich literature is available in Judaism, Christianity and Islam. However, a valuable analytical and comparative study is still missing on the concept of sin, atonement and salvation in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. This article traces the similarities and differences of concept of sin, atonement and salvation in Judaism, Christianity and Islam. In this connection, an analytical and comparative study has been conducted in the light of the Old Testament, New Testament, the Holy Quran and Hadith. The British started a process of modernization of institutions as well as that of social setup. The Muslim theologians realizing it a serious threat to their religio-cultural values and norms resisted it through militant struggle, setting up educational institutions, making political parties and participating in democratic process, and forming missionary and reformist organizations. This paper explores and evaluates the contribution of the Muslim theologians who founded Darul Ulum Deoband movement and advocated for the orthodox religious educations by adhering to the religious and educational philosophy of Shah Wali Allah. It attempts at evaluating the socio-political circumstance of South Asia which became the rationale of this movement and identifies the major historical landmarks of this movement during the British Raj in India. It examines the factors which helped Deoband school of thought emerge to be one of the dominant sect of Islam. The paper however argues that although the Deoband theologians were severe critics of British imperialism and its initiatives towards modernization of Indian society and culture, yet they adopted British bureaucratic setup for the educational advancements, and gradually got convinced to be the part of democratic process demonstrate the political strength of South Asian Muslims. The Islamic Scholars have served the Arabic language, Because of their love with and insist interpretation of the Qura'nic language Arabic. So Surah Al Kawsar is in the focus and epicenter of many rhetorical discourses and of these, one is \"iltifat\". In the words of rhetoricians the word \"iltifat\" means interpreting from one perspective or focus of meaning to another perspective or focus of meaning i.e. from first person to second or third person, or vice versa, similarly, from plural to singular or dual, or vice versa, and from past to future, or vice versa and from informative to predicative etc. \"Iltifat\" has many advantages, i.e.: 1- it brings novelty in expression. 2- it creates emphasis in rhetorical speech as it should be. 3- to communicate the purpose of speaker. 4- to intend the hyperbolic way of speech. 1- Why is Surah Al Kawsar eloquent? 2- Why were the Arab rhetoricians incomparable to Surah Al Kawsar? The researcher method in this research paper is descriptive, adaptive and informative. As a basic principle of Islam, its teachings are evident in the Qur'an and Sunnah. It is the process of fostering virtues in society such as mutual love, peace, and fraternity. Any peaceful society must possess these characteristics. This excellent practice of tolerance is found in the teachings and practices of the Sufis. Hazrat Ali Hajwary is one of the pioneers of Sufism. He pushed mankind to acquire the traits of righteousness, piety, repentance, justice, patience, and perseverance, unity, gentleness, and harmony on the one side, and avoid immorality and oppression on the other, in his work \"Kashf al-Mahjoob.\" He also taught us to live in a tolerant manner, avoiding evil tendencies like dictatorship and provocation. Because of the rising incidences of injustice, misguidance, and oppression in today's world, it is the need of time to promote tolerance to develop a peaceful ideal society based on Islamic principles. Using descriptive and analytical research methodologies, this essay tries to demonstrate the need for the value of tolerance in light of \"Kashf al-Mahjoob\" and its impact on society. Islam is a comprehensive way of life that guides its followers in all circumstances.\u0000What is impact of Islamic mysticism on work behaviors of employees?\u0000The narrative and analytical method of research is used to find out the impact of spiritual values of Islam on work people. To understand the effects of Islamic spirituality on employees' work attitudes, a standardized analysis of Western management and Islamic literature is presented.\u0000Islamic spiritual practices provide the basis for creating a holistic work environment to enhance worker performance. Adherence to Islamic spiritual values reflects the worker's commitment and dedication to work. One of the distinctions of this fiqh is that the consensus Ahle Madina is considered to be a law, and the legislators seek guidance from those precedents of community consensus during temporal and spatial interpretations of Islamic laws. Besides this, the Ummah consensus as a whole is also regarded as to be the authority. However, in case of any mismatch between the community consensus and active narrations, the Maliki fiqh always prefers the Ahle Madina consensus. So, is the case with the practices of the people of Madina. Therefore, the Maliki scholars would prefer the practices of Ahle-Madina to personal opinion. Not only this, the practices of Ahle Madina can also override a Hadith that has only one reporter. The main sources of derivation of the Islamic laws in Fiqh-e-Maliki are Masaleh Mursilah and Sadd.
