This research uses seven independent variables of financial performance with ROA, ROE, CR, DAR, Asset Turnover, NPM, DER protection, with the dependent variables being stock price and dividend policy as moderating variables. The research method used is an associative quantitative method. This research uses linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies registered on the IDX in the 2018-2022 period and the sampling technique was purposive sampling technique. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires given to 40 online shop actors in Palu city. The data analysis used includes classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing, and Determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that the advertising variable and the Celebrity Endorser variable contributed 0.49 percent to the revenue of online shops in Palu city. The regression coefficient of the advertising variable is 0.214 which shows a positive influence, while the regression coefficient of the Celebrity Endorser variable is 0.122 which also shows a positive influence. Thus, this study provides evidence that advertising and Celebrity Endorser have an important role in increasing online shop revenue in Palu city. Online shop actors in Palu city can utilize advertising strategies and Celebrity Endorsers to increase their income. The rate of economic growth, which can be evaluated from a number of angles, including the value of imports and exports, which affect a nation's trade balance, can be used to characterize a country's degree of success. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the short- and long-term effects of GDP, exports, imports, exchange rates, and GDP on the trade balance in four emerging market nations. The ARDL Panel Method was used to collect data from the World Bank between 2012 and 2022 for this study. There are therefore both long-term and short-term relationships. Over an extended period, the trade balance is largely influenced by exports, GDP, and exchange rates. This study aims to determine how the influence of E-WOM and destination image on visiting decisions on Hillpark Sibolangit tours. The research technique used is quantitative. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results of this test indicate that the E-WOM factor (X1) and destination image (X2) have a partial and significant effect on visiting decisions (Y). E-WOM (X1) and destination image (X2) variables simultaneously and significantly affect visiting decisions (Y). With an R value of 0.724, it shows that the E-WOM (X1) and destination image (X2) factors are related to visiting decisions (Y) by 0.724 so that the relationship between these factors can be categorized as close. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was done through non-probability sampling techniques and used 100 respondents as samples. The research findings show that: The results of this study indicate that Online customer review and Online customer review have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously (together) on consumer purchasing decisions. However, price has no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Thus, the results of this study make an important contribution to the management of Ventela stores in Medan city in improving marketing strategies and employee performance management. By doing cost efficiency, it can increase maximum profit. The study used a qualitative approach and descriptive data analysis techniques. Analysis of production cost efficiency uses a comparison between actual production costs and budget production costs. In this study using data from observation, interviews and documentation. From this study obtained the results that the efficiency of production costs on raw materials at the meatball chicken noodle shop is inefficient with a percentage of 125%, this shows that there is a difference between the actual production costs of raw materials. Thus, causing the Cak No Solo Meatball Chicken Noodle shop to experience a loss of Rp. 500,000. After making the efficiency of raw material costs, it was found that the actual raw material costs decreased by IDR 505,000, because of this the production costs became efficient with a percentage of 99%. With the efficiency of production costs, the profit earned by business actors increased by 0.94%, namely IDR 505,000. The NPM result of 81.03% is also obtained, which means that business actors are more efficient in managing costs and generating maximum profits from sales. The purpose of this study was to analyze the location factor and the diversity of facilities in increasing the attractiveness of visiting tourists at the Batu Hoda Beach Samosir tourist attraction. This form of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Researchers describe the results of the analysis of the two factors, namely location and diversity of facilities and the consequences that occur. Researchers emphasize research instruments on humans contained in the object of research which are used as informants in this study. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research seeks to describe the results of the analysis with the consequences that occur. This is based on the consideration that researchers want to understand the location factor and the diversity of facilities in increasing the attractiveness of visiting tourists at micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Batu Hoda Beach (Batu Hoda Beach) Samosir. The research results are summarized through 3 (three) stages of data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, and literature studies. Furthermore, the data obtained in the field is then re-examined and described. Using a quantitative survey approach with an explanatory design, the research involves 104 Economics Education students from Universitas Siliwangi (2019 cohort). Employing saturated sampling, data collection utilizes questionnaires and analysis includes multiple linear regression with t-test and F-test. Findings reveal high levels of Technopreneurship Interest (7.996), Digital Literacy (7.681), and Conformity (5.543). Digital Literacy significantly positively influences Technopreneurship Interest (p < 0.05), as does Conformity (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, Digital Literacy and Conformity collectively impact students' Technopreneurship Interest significantly (p < 0.05, coefficient of determination 60.9%).
