The total cost consists of the compensation cost for power losses on network, the cost of purchasing power from the main grid, and also the cost incurred as a penalty charge to unserved power. The sitting and sizing of DG are optimized by using particle swarm optimization (PSO). The constraints are the bus voltage, distribution network capacity, distribution substation, and operational DG. The simulations are conducted by using Matlab with the 9-bus system as the case study. It is found that the optimum solution achieved when three DGs installed at bus 3, 7 and 9 with each capacity 5 MW. DGs reduce the total cost by $38104.79/day. The data used are both primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by the results of monitoring using sensor devices, and secondary data obtained from documentation such as video recordings of motorized vehicles on the highway. A total number of samples were 17 videos. As a result, Blob Detection can determine and calculate moving objects on the highway by making pixel comparisons between empty roads and roads containing vehicles with a success rate of 81.25%. Installing and operating a renewable energy generation is not difficult but it requires cautious step as to make sure maximum use of energy can improve the electrification rate. In this work, the evaluation of potential of solar, wind and biomass energy for three locations in Malaysia's rural remote area including Pontian, Kerteh and Teluk Intan was performed using HOMER software. The results revealed that with the same rating and operating hours of biomass generator, all locations have high empty fruit bunch (EFB) biomass potential and is able to fulfill the load demand with equal annual electricity production of 601,979 kWh/year and a low cost of electricity (COE) of $0.342/kWh. Meanwhile, Pontian generates the highest annual solar electricity generation of 543,509 kWh/year due to the large size of 400 kW PV panel of the system. However, the COE produced is expensive. On the other hand, with the highest solar irradiation received in Kerteh, the PV stand-alone system requires lower size of 350 kW PV panel but at the same time is able to fulfill the demand with the lowest COE of $0.442/kWh among other locations. Finally, wind potential is not feasible in Malaysia due to low average wind speed recorded. This article analyses the inter-band handover process between LTE 1800 Mhz and LTE 900 Mhz. The system uses a layering method where the user equipment moves to the lower layer. The performance of the handover is determined by using the drive test results utilizing a mobile phone a probe installed in the idle mode. The scenario of inter-band handover is based on A2 and A5 events that have been set by the 3GPP. This project addresses these problems by implementing a noise cancelling electronic stethoscope. Moreover, the implemented stethoscope has a capability to transmit recorded data via internet to allow remote monitoring and tele diagnosis. Tests were conducted in residential, outdoor, ambulance, and clinic locations to determine the improvement in the signal-to-noise ratio. In the residential setting, the measured average SNR of the original heart signal compared to the signal applied with least mean square algorithm, was improved from 10.31 dB to 51.32 dB. The present work reports on search result of National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) databases for cancer colon in the higher plants. NCBI databases search (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) was used to apply some recent information. Results detected for 20 databases for cancer colon. The databases of colon cancer in higher plants consist of literature, genes, genetics, genomes, proteins, and chemical features. The documentation contained 186 bookshelves, 1 NLM, 2,366 PubMed, and 13,743 PubMed Central. The gene database involved in 100 Genes, 76 GEO datasets, and 4 Homologene. Genetics comprised of 21 GTR and 5 OMIM. Protein characteristics included two conserved domains, 5 Identical Protein Groups, 399 Proteins, and seven structures. Genomes contained 386 plant nucleotides, 277 mRNA of the molecular type. The chemical property represented one bioassay by BioSystem and 33 by PubChem. The current vehicle security system cannot provide maximum protection from the act of seizing the vehicle. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology provides an alternative solution to improve vehicle security using RFID wristband and Arduino based microcontrollers. Arduino devices and RFID readers are installed on motorbikes, and the detection system is used as a control to turn the motorbike on or off automatically. The RFID reader will continuously scan the presence of RFID wristband as a vehicle security mechanism. The relay functions to make the vehicle's electrical status ON or OFF. Thermal manikin is usually used for indoor and outdoor environment, military, and clothing experiment. In this project, manikin is made of fiber constructed as a thermal manikin that being controlled by the skin surface temperature alike human skin. This thermal manikin construction consists of 2 sections. First section is the inside part of thermal manikin surface that is being painted by using copper conductive paint with surface resistance <0.3Ω/10cm. Second section is the thermal device made of nikelin wire as the heater and fan to distribute heat all over the body. Heater and fan are controlled by using Arduino microcontroller board. Heat transfer is counted from skin temperature to around environment by convection. Thermal module contains body control module, right and left arm control module, and leg control module. By setting up time about 60 minutes, the skin temperature is stabilized around $33^{circ}mathrm{C}pm 1^{mathrm{o}}mathrm{C}$. However, by controlling the packet routing from input to output changes the non-blocking characteristic. Some routing algorithms have been proposed by some researchers to approximate the non-blocking nature. This paper discusses comparisons of looping and input-output routing algorithms on 8 $mathrm{x} 8$ Benes switching network as the base of many switching devices. The comparison analysis shows that both algorithms successfully routed the incoming packets to their destinations. However, looping algorithm exerts shorter transfer delay compared to the input-output algorithm. The antenna is designed for working on frequency of 3.2 GHz for S-band applications. The antenna substrate is FR4 with a thickness of 1.6 mm and a dielectric constant of 4.4. The initial design was done theoretically using mathematical approximation. Simulations were then performed for antenna characterization by using AWR simulator to obtain the optimal design. Antenna was then fabricated and measurements were done by using Anritsu vector analyser. Simulation and measurement results show similarities.
