Thermal manikin is usually used for indoor and outdoor environment, military, and clothing experiment. In this project, manikin is made of fiber constructed as a thermal manikin that being controlled by the skin surface temperature alike human skin. This thermal manikin construction consists of 2 sections. First section is the inside part of thermal manikin surface that is being painted by using copper conductive paint with surface resistance <0.3Ω/10cm. Second section is the thermal device made of nikelin wire as the heater and fan to distribute heat all over the body. Heater and fan are controlled by using Arduino microcontroller board. Heat transfer is counted from skin temperature to around environment by convection. Thermal module contains body control module, right and left arm control module, and leg control module. By setting up time about 60 minutes, the skin temperature is stabilized around $33^{\\circ}\\mathrm{C}\\pm 1^{\\mathrm{o}}\\mathrm{C}$.
