The Banda Aceh subsystem is a sub-system with a load center connected via a 150 kV transmission line with a North Sumatra subsystem. This transmission line has a length of nearly 700 km. Very low voltage in the subsystem Banda Aceh occurred in the operating system when only one generating unit on the plant Nagan Raya. The increase in voltage drop is done by installing a capacitor bank in the Banda Aceh subsystem. An alternative can be applied using a cluster computer method to overcome this issue. In this study, a Raspberry cluster system will be built using Open MPI. Open MPI served as a compiler cluster by dividing the work process into several connected clusters device nodes so that the program can be run on cluster devices simultaneously. This research was conducted to trace the TLR4 gene by tracing data access from NCBI on 3/2/2019. The first study obtained bioinformatics data from NCBI/Genbank database sources (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) to obtain various information data about physicochemical genes. The search results obtained eleven TLR4 Brahman Chicken gene data stored at NCBI. The length of genes (bp) TLR4 in this study were all the same, 2,732bp of DNA that is given an amino acid code 843. TLR4 gene peptide in Brahman chicken in all variants (X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10 and X11) are only found in four parts in the cell, namely peroxisomal (pero), plasma membrane (pm), endoplasma reticulum (ER) and lysosome (lyso). In this research, the authors will compare the hybrid of ACO-TS and ACO. In this research, the hybrid of ACO-TS got the best routes and a better running time than ACO itself. It means that combination of ACO-TS is better than ACO itself. There have been several efforts conducted to achieve the goal such as developing more wind power systems and solar Photovoltaic (PV) systems. This paper offers one method as an alternative option to support the 2025 Indonesian government target by retrofitting the conventional urban Public Street Lighting (PSL) with solar PV systems and introducing them as dispersed power plants. To examine what extent the feasibility of this concept, a comprehensive study is conducted by choosing one urban PSL system installations as a pilot project. The PSL system is located in the central Banda Aceh at coordinates of 5.543 Latitude North and 95.334 Longitude West. One PSL unit requires an area of 207 m2. Some indicators such as the performance ratio, electricity production and economic value are used to assess the feasibility of this concept. The findings of this study show that the retrofitted PSL can generate approximately 51.4 MWh of electricity annually under a daily average solar radiation of 4.61 kWh/m2 and an ambient temperature of 27.52 °C in a year. The PSL systems have a performance ratio of 80.03%. From the economic standpoint, with the electricity selling price of 85% from the Aceh Basic Generation Cost (BGC), the generated electricity cost is at 9.47 cents USD/kWh. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) reaches 4.21%. The Payback Period (PP) is after 13.85 years of operation. The Net Present Value (NPV) for the 20 years of the optimal operation reaches 29,913.18 USD. Considering that there are lot of data involved used and also repeated calculations, it will be very difficult and requires high accuracy. Therefore, a computer-based computing system is needed to solve this problem. This paper discusses an application modelling of LabViewgraphical user interface to provide convenience in designing the substation grounding grid. Some options have been developed such as grounding grid resistance calculation method, conductor diameters determination, grounding grid selection with ground rod and without ground rod and weight body. The effect of any changes in design can be known directly and compared with limit of the touch voltage and the step voltage allowed. For validation, the model used data from Std. 80–2000 and compared with some design model already existed. The processes to perform the identification process of the oil palm trees were the calculation of the value of an integral image, Haar-like features, Adaboost algorithm, cascade classifier, grayscale and the last is the identification stage of oil palm trees. In this research, a prototype of an FO trainer (optical source and optical detector) was designed. An Arduino Nano hardware platform has been selected for implementation of FO trainer. In the cultivation of plants, it is necessary to control soil moisture to get good crop yields. In this study we designed a system of automatic soil moisture control for the purposes of crop cultivation. The system works by watering automatically when the soil moisture for the plant decreases. The system is designed using an STM32 microcontroller and humidity sensor to check soil moisture. STM 32 microcontroller will process the information that is delivered by sensor by giving a limitation range on a certain value between <3000 and >3000. If the sensor reads is <3000 then STM 32 sends the signal to the servomotor which then servomotor will move to 0° position and if the result is >3000 then STM 32 will send a signal to the servomotor to move to 180 ° position. The dual mode square resonator bandpass filter is designed on 600 μm GaAs subtrate and two dielectric layers of Polyimide with thickness 2.5 μm for each layer. When perturbation was attached, bandpass filter generate even-odd mode with different resonant frequencies. By increasing coupling coefficient of the even-odd mode one can increases bandwith of the bandpass filter.
