Artificial magnetic conductor formed by square printed elements is used in order to lower the profile of the low frequency antenna. AMC-surface acts as a reflector for a high frequency eight-element antenna array and is placed on a quarter wavelength distance from high frequency antenna. The mentioned antenna system characteristics, acquired by full-wave simulation, are presented in this paper.","PeriodicalId":131975,"journal":{"name":"2018 Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT-MIPT)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127238885","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The approach is invariant to an ANN architecture, a scheme of memristors-based components embodiment, a type of memristors and a task to be solved by ANN. The proposed approach is based on the application of the methodologies of simulation and designing of experiments. With the help of the method developed by the authors, the determination and investigation of fault tolerance of the memristors-based ANN (ANNM) which was trained to recognize of handwritten digits from the MNIST database were done. In this example, it is shown that the fault tolerance of ANNM depends not only on hardware or software embodiment tools but also on its information parameters, which are chosen at the design stage. The proposed approach and method are intended for application in the engineering design process of the ANNM and allows to provide the necessary level of their fault tolerance and dependability.","PeriodicalId":131975,"journal":{"name":"2018 Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT-MIPT)","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126096748","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In each incremental clustering algorithm, two process including insertion and deletion for new data points are used for updating the current clusters. In fact, for traditional clustering such as K-Means, Fuzzy C-Means, DBSCAN, etc., many versions of incremental clustering have been developed. However, to the best of our knowledge, there are no incremental semi-supervised clustering in literature. This paper introduces a new incremental semi-supervised clustering which was based on a graph of k-nearest neighbor using seeds, namely IncrementalSSGC. Experiments conducted on some data sets from UCI and the 802.11 network data set (AWID) show the effectiveness of our new IncrementalSSGC.","PeriodicalId":131975,"journal":{"name":"2018 Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT-MIPT)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128336715","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A numerical algorithms based on the hybrid projection method is developed for solution of the problem. The algorithm includes projection matching of the transverse fields on the spherical boundaries introduced in the problem, projection of the equation for the electric field in the region containing the inhomogeneous layer, and application of the one-dimensional finite element method to the system of ordinary differential equations obtained as a result of the projection. The algorithm is also modified for the case of a perfectly conducting internal sphere and for the case of absence of the internal sphere.","PeriodicalId":131975,"journal":{"name":"2018 Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT-MIPT)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132920677","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Highly maneuverable trajectories described here as fast turns of the object in sharp angles. The filtration algorithm was applied to multirotor UAV's tracking task. Coordinate measurements of the object, which trajectory includes high maneuvers, are used as input data. Measurement data was very noisy, and standard filtration methods (Kalman filter) didn't give satisfactory results. Our approach gave a better precision than known algorithms.","PeriodicalId":131975,"journal":{"name":"2018 Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT-MIPT)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127805000","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The key purposes of the proposed algorithm are to increase PAPR reduction again, meet the spectral mask constraints, guarantee a low error rate and simplify the hardware architecture. The experimental results on Matlab of the proposed algorithm for 64-quadrature amplitude modulation (64-QAM) symbol are presented. These results show that the PAPR of OFDM signals is significantly reduced (about 7.12 dB) after four iterations. Performance comparison of the proposed method with some typical methods of PAPR reduction, such as clipping-and-filtering and TR techniques, is presented.","PeriodicalId":131975,"journal":{"name":"2018 Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT-MIPT)","volume":"74 5 Pt 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130897029","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
