In fact, it is a collection of our results about multicomponent codes for last years. The MZP construction is described. The cardinality for different parameters is calculated. The efficiency as a ratio cardinality to the upper bound is estimated. It is shown that MZP additional components can increase cardinality up to 30 percents. The iterative decoding algorithm is presented. At the first stage of decoding it is necessary to obtain a MZP component and then, at the next stage to apply the decoding algorithm of Silva-Koetter-Kschischang (SKK) codes.","PeriodicalId":131975,"journal":{"name":"2018 Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT-MIPT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130324192","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To address this challenge, new Wi-Fi standards introduce the Target Wake Time (TWT) mechanism. With TWT, devices transmit their data according to a schedule and move to the doze state afterwards. The main problem of this mechanism is the clock drift phenomenon, because of which the devices cease to strictly comply with the schedule. As a result, they can miss the scheduled transmission time, which increases active time and thus power consumption. The paper investigates uplink transmission with two different TWT operation modes. With the first mode, a sensor transmits a packet to the access point (AP) after waking up, using the random channel access. With the second mode, the AP polls stations and they can transmit a packet only after receiving a trigger frame from the AP. For both modes, the paper studies how the average transmission time, the packet loss rate and the average energy consumption depend on the different TWT parameters. It is shown that when configured to guarantee the given packet loss rate, the first mode provides lower transmission time, while the second mode provides lower energy consumption.","PeriodicalId":131975,"journal":{"name":"2018 Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT-MIPT)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128473408","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The service rate being proportional to the controlled transmission rate depends on the channel state. The probability of packet loss increases as the queue load becomes higher or the channel state worsens. The goal of the problem is to choose the transmission rate to minimize both packet losses and signal energy. The solution is based on visualization of Pareto optimal control policies with incomplete information. Two estimators (optimal filter and current queue state) and two operations (expectation and mode) are used to track changes in the stochastic channel. Computer simulation results are presented to compare the controls obtained.","PeriodicalId":131975,"journal":{"name":"2018 Engineering and Telecommunication (EnT-MIPT)","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117129373","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
