Amplitude-Phase Synthesis of Controlled Nulls in Sum and Difference Patterns of Monopulse Planar Phased Antenna Array

Abstract

The synthesis method of controlled nulls in sum and difference patterns in the direction of jamming for planar monopulse antenna array is proposed. It’s shown that to solve the problem the calculation of amplitude-phase distribution only for one row (or column) of subarray (a quarter part of antenna aperture) elements is enough.
