The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the use of the game of greeting words on the results of cognitive tests in learning civics class II in elementary school. This study uses quantitative experimental research methods with nonequivalent control group design. The results of hypothesis testing using paired sample T - Test t-Test obtained the value of the count of cognitive test results = 11.235> ttable 2.045. Capitano Sidoarjo. This research method is descriptive quantitative with the subject of all employees CV. El Capitano Sidoarjo, totaling 67 employees. Determination of the subject using a saturated sampling technique where the researcher uses the entire existing population. The variable in this study is job satisfaction. The data collection in this study used a psychological preparation scale, namely the Likert scale for the job satisfaction variable made by the researcher. Analysis of the data in this study using Microsoft Excel. The results of data analysis show that job satisfaction of employees at CV El Capitano Sidoarjo is in the medium category with a percentage value of 57% indicating that employees of CV. This study discusses the use of animated film in learning recount text writing skills for 8H grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Gempol. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using animated film on the ability to write recount text. The method used in this study is quantitative with a pre-experimental design that applied pre-test and post-test instruments. By using the paired sample T-Test, it shows that there are differences in the results of the average scores of the pre-test and post-test, namely 61.41 for the average value of the pre-test, and 75.63, for the post-test. When a woman finally becomes a single mother, they are generally in a condition that is vulnerable to physical and psychological disorders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of coping stress on single mothers, sources of stress on single mothers and analyze the factors that influence the selection of coping stress on single mothers in Buduran sub-district, Sidoarjo district. This research method uses qualitative research methods, the unit of analysis in this study is the conceptual understanding of the topic of coping stress and single mother, the subject of this research is a single mother who is in Wadungasih Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that the stress coping chosen by single mothers in Buduran sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency is more focused on emotional-focused coping (avoidance of running away, keeping distance, positive reappraisal, self-control and emotional social support) especially single mothers chosen. the longer one. Meanwhile, problem focused coping (confrontive coping) was chosen by subjects who had just become single mothers. Sources of stress experienced by single mothers in Buduran sub-district, Sidoarjo district are the economy, work, taking care of children, and negative views of the people around them. This study is about the analysis of students' difficulties in speaking English at SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Sidoarjo, which aims to find out the problems of speaking English experienced by students in grades 7A and 7B of SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Sidoarjo.In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. By using the subject of classes 7A and 7B consisting of 44 students. In collecting data, researchers used questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Researchers used three main phases of data analysis: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the data analysis, the researcher found the difficulties and factors experienced by students in learning to speak English at SMP Muhammadiyah 10 Sidoarjo, as follows: lack of vocabulary, lack of pronunciation, fear of making mistakes, and shame. Of these problems, the most dominant problems are vocabulary and pronunciation. Most of them stated that they were afraid to speak because of their lack of vocabulary and pronunciation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a check list method. The SOLO taxonomy is an evaluation tool to determine the quality of the response to a problem. The results of this study contained 230 questions overall and 32 questions SOLO Taxonomy. Unistructural question level percentage 6.24% SOLO Taxonomy questions. The percentage at the level of Multistructural questions is 3.24%, while at the level of relational questions is 90.62%, and the percentage at Expanded Abstract is 0%. From the results of the data obtained, it appears that at the level of the Relational question has the highest percentage with a result of 90.62%. This research is a qualitative approach research with descriptive type. The subjects in this study were teachers and students in class IV Al-Farabi. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Testing the data in this study using triangulation techniques obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. The results obtained from the first study are the independent learning of students in class IV Al-Farabi which is considered very good in terms of the attitude of independence from the aspects of self-confidence, responsibility, discipline, and honesty. Therefore, to support the smooth process of learning activities during the pandemic, teachers are emphasized to be more creative and innovative so that learning activities remain effective even though they are carried out online. As part of supporting the teaching and learning process, teachers use online learning application media. The online learning application media currently used by teachers at SMPN 1 Prambon is the Google Classroom application media. By using the google classroom application media, teachers can share materials and assignments for students while students can access materials and assignments that have been shared by the teacher and can be done in the application provided by the teacher. In this study used descriptive qualitative research methods by conducting direct interviews. The research location is at SMPN 1 Prambon. The results of student responses to the use of the Google Classroom application in online English learning have positive and negative responses. There are benefits that are felt by students, namely saving time, being easy and practical in carrying out learning process activities and being considered effective in the current pandemic conditions. In learning English, students are more interested in paying attention to the material provided in the form of learning videos. The methodology used in this research was the experimental quantitative research with the paired sample t-test. The research population was 319 eigh grade students. Then, the research sample was 8E  consisting of 36 students at SMPN 3 Sidoarjo in the academic year of 2021/2022. The result of the data presented that, there was significant different score between pre-test and post-tes. The mean pre-test was 54.25 and the the mean of post-test was 68.78. This study uses quantitative experimental research method with Pre Experimental Design research with Nonprobability Sampling technique that is saturated sampling in taking subjects, one group Pretest-Posttest design. This study used 33 subject of Class II learners. The results of hypothesis testing using Paired Sample T-Test.
