This is based on the lack of education and knowledge of the local community in making and producing a product that has economic value. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out ecoprint workshops that add skills and knowledge in processing the potential of natural resources in Sesaot village and can become an innovative and creative business idea for the community. To achieve this goal, activities are carried out by delivering material and direct practice. The current constraint in the agricultural sector is the availability of fertilizers, while in the livestock sector is the management of livestock waste. To overcome these two problems, the management of livestock waste as trichocompost fertilizer can be an alternative solution. The purpose of this activity is to provide education and skills to the community in making trichocompost fertilizer with livestock manure waste. The activity method consists of surveys, socialization activities, and demonstrations as well as assistance in making trichocompost fertilizer. In this socialization activity there are three stages including preparation, implementation, and reporting. This socialization activity began with a video screening. The activity continued with the presentation of socialization material. After that, demonstrations and assistance were carried out on how to make trichocompost fertilizer from utilizing livestock manure with the help of Trichoderma sp. The activity ended with the delivery of fertilizers to continue the fermentation process and the distribution of plant seeds to the participants. All participants who attended were very enthusiastic about following and listening to the entire series of events. Even though UMKM make a large contribution and are the backbone of the national economy, they face many problems, including: 1) Not having a business license, 2) Low knowledge on how to run a business, 3) Not using digital marketing to increase sales, 4) Not doing business branding, and 5) Lack of product innovation. This is also a problem UMKM in Keroya Village which makes the community's economy not increase. So it is necessary to empower UMKM and assistance in carrying out product innovations to be able to improve the community's economy. With regard to the description above, an experiment was carried out in innovating processed tempe products, namely making tempeh chocolate. Making this product innovation aims to improve Value Added of tempe products in Keroya Village. The population in 2022 of 2,754 people is the majority of farmers. The agricultural potential in Gunjan Asri is quite large, but this potential has not been utilized optimally, marked by sub-optimal crop yields due to the high cost of chemical fertilizers. Therefore, one of the efforts to reduce farmers' dependence on the use of chemical fertilizers in increasing agricultural production is the use of organic fertilizers made from household waste. Utilization of household waste for organic fertilizer also aims to educate the public in creating sanitation and a healthy environment. This village is one of the villages where there are several infants and toddlers experiencing stunting. Based on data from the Posyandu of Labuhan Haji Village, there are more than 3 babies and toddlers aged 0-23 months and toddlers aged 24-59 months in every hamlet in Labuhan Haji Village experiencing stunting. The Community Service Group at Labuhan Haji Healthy Village, University of Mataram, through the Moringa Light Gelato Innovation work program, wants to help the community problems of Labuhan Haji Village, namely stunting, by providing education in the form of training in making Moringa Light Gelato. The Moringa Light Gelato Innovation is a work program from the Thematic KKN University of Mataram in Labuhan Haji Village which aims to provide information related to the processing of Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) as an additional therapy for stunting sufferers and stunting prevention efforts in Labuhan Haji Village and want to see the community's response to the work program which is conducted. Moringa leaves are functional food ingredients that contain protein, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which have potential as a therapy and nutritional improvement for pregnant women and children who experience malnutrition. Most of the MSMEs in East Kuripan Village do not have business licenses, while the MSMEs themselves have a very important role in maintaining economic stability in East Kuripan Village, apart from being agriculture and animal husbandry. Most of the people of East Kuripan Village work as traders by opening various types of businesses. The high participation of the community in the MSME field has caused the number of UMKM in East Kuripan Village to increase every year. However, MSME actors still lack knowledge regarding legality or business licenses, so that most MSMEs in East Kuripan Village do not yet have business licenses. KKN activities in Kekait Village, Gunungsari sub-district, West Lombok district for 45 days focused on product innovation and marketing of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products. The problems encountered in Kekait village are marketing which is still limited to around the village, packaging that only uses large sizes such as hundreds of grams and kilos, and a lack of awareness to brand a product. Departing from these problems, it is deemed important to provide assistance regarding packaging innovation and the use of palm sugar products to one of the MSME actors who has the potential to expand marketing. The purpose of this research is to increase MSME sales turnover by expanding the palm sugar market in Kekait village, Gunungsari sub-district, West Lombok district. The method used is interviews in data collection and using mentoring methods in its implementation. The benefit of the research is to increase innovation and competitiveness of palm sugar products in Kekait village, Gunungsari sub-district, West Lombok district. The purpose of implementing this KKN activity is to answer various problems related to agriculture and help solve social issues. The problem that has been identified is the large amount of plantation waste that is not utilized which can cause environmental pollution. In an effort to overcome the problem of plantation waste that is not utilized optimally. The efforts made by the Mataram University Community Service students are to process the waste into organic fertilizer which can be reused by the farmers there as a support for holicultural plants in the residents' yards. So that the holicultural plants in the residents' yards can thrive in the presence of this organic fertilizer. Through community service activities on Pulau Maringkik Village, synergy can be established between the University of Mataram and the people of Maringkik Island as a form of knowledge democracy. The purpose of this service is to provide an understanding to the community about optimizing the promotion of Maringkik Island weaving through a website and based on digital marketing in order to help the government and the local community to develop UMKM to support the village's economy, as well as address socio-economic issues in the region. Methods of implementing activities include (1) preparation of advocacy and preparation of proposals, (2) planning includes the activities of designing a website prototype and making an activity roadmap, (3) the implementation stage of the website creation program, website launching, and technical guidance on website management, (4) monitoring is carried out to ensure the spread of the website Maringik Island woven fabrics in the community, and (5) An evaluation was carried out to see the number of website visitors and the number of sales during the presence of the website. Apart from that, the KKN group is also involved in other activities, namely teaching the holy qur,an at the posko and TPQ, doing morning exercises, establishing a coastal study center, teaching at SD and SMP Satap Maringkik Island, studying with Maringkik Island children (reading, drawing, and telling stories, Clean Up Day, planting fruit seeds, teaching traditional dances, and mutual cooperation).
