Most of the people in Sedau Village are more interested in growing fruits, some other residents are planting medicinal plants. Citronella plants are cultivated by some residents of Sedau Village in small quantities, so they have not been able to provide economic benefits for the local community. In addition, there is also no community in Sedau Village who can process citronella plants into essential oil which can increase the selling price of the citronella. The purpose of this series of socialization and training activities by the Unram Thematic KKN team is to increase people's understanding and creativity about medicinal plant demonstration plots, how to cultivate several medicinal plants in the demonstration plot, especially citronella and post-harvest processing methods of citronella into essential oils , so as to increase the selling price of the fragrant citronella. The method used in this activity is the socialization method, participative through training and learning. While the technique used in distillation is the steam distillation process to obtain essential oils. Citronella oil is usually light yellow to dark yellow in color, and is volatile. Essential oil itself is an oil produced by plants. The resulting aroma is fragrant according to the producing plant, generally insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. The citronella oil distillation process consumes around 15-20 kilograms of raw materials with a distillation time of approximately 3 hours. Hydroponics generally allows plant roots to sink in water or nutrient solution, but this can cause the roots of planted plants to decay because they are always in water. In the AJB hydroponic system, the roots of the lettuce plant will not be inundated directly because the water will mix with the sand substrate as the planting medium and the water itself will stagnate under the pot to the limit of the holes in the AJB hydroponic pot. The nutrients used in this system are a mixture of nutrients a and b or AB mix which is given through a pipe in the middle of the pot. This is so that the distribution of nutrients from the middle can be spread evenly. The pipe in the middle also has a hole at a height close to the surface of the soil so that the nutrients provided can reach and stimulate the roots to grow to the bottom where the nutrients are stagnant. In this study, the aspect observed was the growth in height of lettuce leaves/day which was calculated manually using a ruler by providing 1 liter of nutrients per each pot at the beginning and providing nutrients once every 3 days thereafter with a volume of 0.28 liters/each pot. Tempe has many ingredients such as phosphorus, iron, vitamins B, C, and also anti-oxidants. In Batu Napar Village there are children with cases of stunting and malnutrition. Therefore, the Unram KKNT together with the Batu Napar Village PKK and Posyandu cadres made an innovation in the form of processing tempeh into tempeh brownies as an effort to fulfill nutrition for children and pregnant women through making healthy food. This healthy food counseling and demonstration activity received a very positive response from the community. The Mekarsari community's banana chip business has not yet developed because the marketing and taste variations of the business are less varied so that consumer appeal is very minimal. Therefore, this community service seeks to develop the banana chip business by conducting community service based on the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. ABCD is an approach to community service by seeing and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of existing businesses in an area to create an empowered and thriving community. This service begins with observing the location first to find out the data and what businesses need to be developed by conducting interviews with the Mekarsari village community. The results of this service show that the new flavor variations such as chocolate, vanilla and oreo have a higher selling value than the previous banana chip flavor variations. Such efforts are not only carried out and become the obligation of lecturers alone, but also for students. The use of technology in the village of North Surabaya is still lacking, the village administration system is still carried out manually and the dissemination of village information is still uneven. With the existence of a village website, it is hoped that administrative management and distribution of information will be evenly distributed. The understanding of the North Surabaya village community about digital is still very minimal, of course there must be efforts that needs to be done to increase human resources regarding digitization in order to take advantage of the potential that exists in the village of North Surabaya. The implementation of the work program is carried out using a participatory method by collaborating with various existing stakeholders, the output of the real work lecture program is assisting SSID development, making a Local Area Network (LAN) master plan, and creating a temporary village website in the village of North Surabaya. For 45 days in North Surabaya Village we have carried out the main program, namely creating a temporary website containing village infographics and making a LAN master plan which later the village can use as a reference when installing a LAN network at the village office. The importance of this activity is to become a life lesson in the midst of the community in helping solve the problems faced by the community. Selat Village, Narmada District, West Lombok Regency has abundant potential for plants in the form of taro. The main problem in community service is the lack of potential agricultural products. When taro tubers are abundant, the market doesn't absorb the yield, so this taro has no selling value. This potential can be utilized by the community to increase the added value and selling value of these crops. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out training activities for processing taro tubers into products that are useful and have economic value so that they can increase the income of the people of Selat Village. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge to residents who participate in training activities so that they are able to produce or process taro tubers into taro chips that are in demand by consumers and are able to apply marketing in selling products. Service Implementation Method, carried out by counseling, demonstration and practice methods. The overall form of activity includes: Socialization and training on the production of shredded fish from the type of Layang fish, Production of shredded Layang fish, Marketing of the shredded Layang fish production to the market. The Layang shredded fish production activity is a continuation of the program mentioned above. This program is carried out for the utilization of Layang fish to be processed into shredded Layang fish. It is hoped that by carrying out this marketing, PKK mothers can re-practice the results of the training that has been taught and prepare for independence to produce shredded fish on their own to add to the economy. It is hoped that in the future the women in Selegen village will know better how to make shredded meat with the right dosage, various flavors and attractive packaging. Reban Madani Village is a village with a fairly large area of agricultural land, plantations and community forest areas and has several natural tourism sectors so that it has great potential to cultivate trigona honey bees. Trigona honey bee cultivation is one of the creative economy-based community empowerment efforts, which is expected to support and contribute to improving the community's economy in the Batu Mekar village area, especially Reban Madani. This activity aims to develop Trigona honey with business management by initiating the formation of a Trigona honey livestock group with the main step being outreach to the community in Reban Madani Village. With the initial goal of \"Community Empowerment Through Socialization and Formation of Trigona Honey Livestock (Tetragonula clypearis) Groups in Reban Madani Lingsar Village\" as a supporter of the achievement of Reban Madani Village becoming one of the agro-ecotourism destinations in West Lombok. The target groups for this activity are the local community and the Karang Taruna Group. The results and outputs of the activities after the socialization was carried out, namely that the target community experienced an increase in understanding and skills so that they were able to form Trigona honey cultivation groups. The Sikur Village community, especially in Kebon Pancor Hamlet, the majority of the population are tofu food makers (home industry). The tofu industry generally produces solid waste in the form of tofu dregs. This waste has not been used optimally. Tofu dregs are usually only used as animal feed. This activity will be directed at the development of stick product innovations from tofu dregs. This activity is also within the framework of the government program UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) development. According to our observations, Sikur Village has not developed optimally. BUMDES as a village-owned enterprise can play a role in this MSME program, so that these goals can be implemented properly. The role of the University of Mataram Thematic KKN Students is highly expected. The programs launched in this activity include empowerment programs consisting of, entrepreneurship socialization, packaging and product legality manufacture as well as marketing development for MSME products and tofu dregs sticks. Tofu dregs sticks were chosen because they are quite easy to manufacture and the raw materials used are cheap so they are expected to have a high selling value. Batu Mekar Village is a village with great potential, especially in the tourism, agriculture and plantation sectors. Batu Mekar Village has great potential in the plantation sector, the abundant yields of gardens are the leading commodity of the village, but all of them seem paralyzed and are having difficulty getting back up due to the impact of the earthquake and the covid 19 pandemic. This is due to a lack of public awareness to restore their economic conditions by utilizing the abundant plantation products to be processed to become economically valuable and have high competitiveness, making people accustomed to selling their plantation products directly or raw to collectors to be sold and sent outside the area. The hamlets that have great potential in the plantation sector are in the North Punikan and South Punikan hamlets in the form of bananas. However, these banana trees have not been used commercially because of the limited knowledge and skills possessed by the community in processing bananas into products of high economic value. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out empowerment activities related to this problem, to revive economic activities which had stopped due to the 2019 covid disaster. This empowerment activity is a series of Unram Integrated Community Service activities on the theme of Processed Products for the January 2023 period. The program targets are mothers and fathers in two the hamlet. The series of empowerment program activities consists of: marketing workshops, training on processing palm sugar banana chips, packaging, product licensing, product processing assistance, and market surveys.
