The dimension of proposed antenna is 39.6 × 24.6 × 1.6 mm3 for two different substrate materials (Fr-4 andTeflon). The performance analysis of proposed antenna characteristics such as return loss, VSWR and radiation pattern has simulated using ANSoft HFSS. The differential evolution algorithm is utilized as a search tool, to search for minimum transmission consumption through established optimization model. The processing gain and spread length both are similar and this is the efficient parameter of direct sequence spread spectrum communication. IDMA system, a multiuser arrangement where users are divided by single inter-leaver sequence is on the horizon of wireless communication world. IDMA receiver contains a chip by chip iterative multiuser detection that possess low complexity turbo-like iterative receivers. In IDMA the distinction between different users is achieved by reordering the bits. There are several parameters which affects the quality transmission in IDMA, some are coding gain, multiuser gain and processing gain. By varying any of above parameters the performance will change. In present article processing gain is varied and its effect on IDMA has been observed. The main focus of this research is to discover a method that can amalgamate different access technologies ensuring smooth migration to LTE without trading service continuity and also that maximizes the usage of infrastructure of the existing network. Among the different interoperability metrics, the most essential metric is the latency. In this work, with the aid of NS2 simulator, it is demonstrated that for homogeneous setting, LTE (4G) results in low latency than other wireless generations. From our study it is inferred that handover latency for GPRS and IEEE 802.11b is found to be 4s while for IEEE 802.16e it is 3s. Various evolutions in this field have marked the shift from exact matching to a completely different concept, parameterized matching. Parameterized matching is detected by consistent renaming of text and pattern using bijective mapping. While finding matches between pattern and text, the PBMH-Hash algorithm results in frequent occurrence of false matches with large number of character comparison. This paper presents a new algorithm to detect similarity in biological sequences. The proposed algorithm is based on the concept of Berry-Ravindran algorithm and q-Gram. The concept of smart parking system is revolutionizing in the smart cities. Internet of Things (IoT) provides an efficient smart parking system in smart cities. The current smart cities have limited parking slots which are not managed effectively. Due to unavailability of accurate information about parking lots, drivers have to face inconvenience and traffic congestion on roads. This factor motivated us to develop an effective parking slot availability detection system for smart cities. In this paper, we proposed a solution that utilizes the wireless sensor node (combination of Ultrasonic Sensor and Wi-Fi technology) to detect the movement of the car at the entry and exit level of parking lot. The information is collected dynamically and updated in our cloud database. A mobile application is also developed for checking the parking slot availability in a nearby location. The real-time information of the slot vacancy can be dynamically sent through an android mobile application. The proposed solution deploys a wireless sensor node on the site for providing accurate information for driver’s requests. The cells/particles are allowed through a micro-channel having planar bottom electrodes. DC voltage is applied and output of the microfluidic device is recorded through necessary signal conditioning circuit and data acquisition system. It is the first module in design of Optical character recognition systems. The problem of automatic text segmentation algorithms is increasingly becoming an important issue. Major problems arise due to the lack of standard dataset, a wide diversity of objectives and a lack of meaningful quantitative evaluation. In this paper a new technique is proposed that segments Urdu type written text into text lines on the basis of edges information of connected components. The performance of this technique is tested over the benchmark data set using precision and recall metric with accuracy of 87.36% and 84.75% respectively.
