The HSV color space is used for image preprocessing, which improves the detection accuracy of the target area and reduces the loss of information in the image preprocessing stage. Through the introduction of the attention mechanism in U-Net, before fusing the features of each resolution in the encoder with the relating features in the decoder, an attention mechanism is added to make the encoder readjust its output features, which is similar to imitating human attention to achieve the effect of paying attention to multiple details at the same time. Achieve channel enhancement of the local characteristic area of the asphalt mixture, and improving the segmentation ability of the network model to the local characteristic area. Firstly, the stereo image is pre-processed by Gaussian filter and the face region is localized using adaptive Haar+Adaboost algorithm. Secondly, we use the improved ORB algorithm to extract the feature points in the image grids and match them through stereo vision technology. The invalid 3D points are excluded according to the depth threshold. Thirdly, we obtain 3D-2D matching relations through projecting mappoints from last frame to current frame. Finally, we obtain the optimized head pose through the Bundle Adjustment and the coordinate system transformation relation. However, low tube current or short exposure time scanning protocols often lead to degraded CT images with increased amplified spot noise and radial streak artifacts. In this paper, we aims to obtain high-quality images from LDCT image using a multi-scale weighted convolutional coding network (MW-CCN). Referenced by the iterative shrinkage thresholding algorithms (ISTA), we transformed the traditional convolutional sparse coding to its reweighted convolutional representation and learning update form. Further, to extract multi-scale image features we use a series of dilated convolution layers, which promote our model to capture the hierarchy features of different scales. To automatically correct the weights of the feature maps code, the channel attention mechanism is adopted. At last, our method combined the multi-scale image features extraction and weighted convolutional coding with a learning-based deep CNN. The whole network architecture yields better interpretation. Firstly, a resnet34 backbone network is constructed, and two feature extraction modules with shared weights are used. Then, each initial feature extraction module is embedded with an Shuffle attention mechanism (SA), which is used to extract features that can provide greater help for model training. Secondly, the triple loss function is used as the loss function of the neural network, so that the neural network can better learn the difference of the input image, and learn the alignment between the corrected image generated by the estimated homography matrix and the input image. An automatic data acquisition device is developed for this test. Four synchronous A/D conversion channels with 12 bits resolution and up to 10 MHz sampling rate for each channel are assigned to acquire the voltages at the both sides of the tested transformer as well as the currents at the neutral point and on the core earthing line. A smart algorithm to detect the test waveform according to the voltage applied to transformer is developed. It runs in parallel with the sampling program to automatically pickup just the complete test waveform in the sampling data stream.
