In order to solve the problems of low conversion efficiency and serious power loss of traditional rigid distribution network, AC-DC distribution network technology based on flexible transformer station was implemented. This paper sets up a comprehensive evaluation index system including 11 first-level indexes and 26 second-level indexes from five aspects of technical performance, economic benefit, environmental impact, social benefit and policy impact.
