The research is based on the theory of generalized energy flow of three-phase electromechanical converters. The measuring method for instantaneous values of three-phase motor circuit parameters is examined using the technology of data processing in generalized variables of energy state. The paper shows that the generalized currents and voltages allow identifying the actual instantaneous values such as phase current and voltage amplitudes, integrated active and reactive powers, and power factor including value and sign of phase angle. The research contains an estimate of accuracy and speed for measurement data of processing algorithms. The paper studies the matters of application of the method for analyzing electromagnetic processes in electrical machines. The analog-digital method of synchronous motor control using energy model of electric machine is presented. The paper introduces the algorithms for computing the instantaneous balance of active and reactive power of electromechanical converter as well as the subsequent algorithms for adaptive control of synchronous frequency and amplitude of three-phase voltage. In recent years, the researchers have developed the idea of the possibility of solving the problem without simplification involving certain numerical methods and using modern computational tools. According to the recent studies, one of these methods is the method of singular perturbations. Presently, researchers are interested in studying the issue of allocation of class of systems, for which it is possible to use the method of singular perturbation and to study the structural features of such systems. Among other control systems, the research distinguishes a large class of systems that are experiencing partial movements with varying degrees of intensity of so-called multi-rate transients. Such systems include complex technological systems such as mine — concentrator — metallurgical plant, steel works, and similar sites. The processes in these systems are characterized by a variety of direct, inverse, and cross-linking connections with a significantly differing speed of the flow of technological processes. This paper discusses the multi-rate systems with a variable structure, where it is possible to use the so-called sliding regimes that reinforce the “rude” regulator in their relation to the variations in the parameters of the object. To solve this class of problems, researchers use approximate analytical calculations based on the singular perturbation method. In a case where some of the coordinates of a dynamic system are not observed, the equations of motion are reduced to a system of singularly perturbed equations through artificial introduction of a small parameter. Among many strategies and approaches of accumulator battery charge, the main of them all are those involving charge with constant current and voltage and combined ones with switching the constant current and/or voltage during the charge. To understand the difference of state of charge (SOC) after the charging process, we developed a mathematic model of accumulator battery-charging system with the Matlab/Simulink software [4] based on the battery cell model. The developed computer model contains a charging controller built on the base of the S-Function module in the Matlab/Simulink. The signals from voltage and temperature sensors of each cell were considered as the input information signals, and the commands for setting up the required charging current value for each cell complied with the output signals. We used the model of multi-channel oscilloscope as the measuring and recording equipment. Today, more and more scientists and engineers are being involved into the research of efficient storage and usage of electric energy. One of the important tasks in energy saving technologies is efficient charging of accumulator batteries. To solve this task, we have developed a universal computer model of charging system for accumulating batteries. The method of calculating circuit parameters was examined as a principal methods of cable laying, namely, in trefoil and flat core formations. The resulting circuit takes into account cables' thermal mutual effect and explicit heat release in screens. The proposed circuit will facilitate prediction of cable heating in real time to prevent thermal breakdown of insulation. The functioning of the BCI system is a cycle, in which each iteration consists of EEG signal measurement, its preprocessing, features selection, classification and generation of control action corresponding to the recognized operator command. Commands recognition requires creation of the learning set used to configure the classifier. This article describes a method of the learning sample reduction. It is based on the analogy between the clusters and graphs and designed for use in the BCI systems based on microprocessor devices with low performance and memory capacity. Overhead and cable high voltage power lines are most often-damageable elements of the electric power system. Power line cut-off is always accompanied by power undersupply or reduction of its reliability and quality. A neural tuner is used to resolve considered problem. it consists of two neural networks in order to ensure quality of control for heating and cooling processes. An additional network is integrated in its structure to enable disturbances attenuation. Network outputs are Kp, Ki values. Time moments when such networks need to be trained and learning rate values are determined by a rule base. A set of rules developed to reject step-like and impulse disturbances acting on the plant output is shown, as well as the tuner structure. The SNOL 40/1200 muffle electroheating furnace is used as a plant for experiments.
