The influence factors are as follows : 1) all PM methodologies and approaches, methods and tools have been developed for a project manager based on its needs of executing the projects; 2) other interested parties make decisions and manage projects but they DO NOT have any specific methods and tools for successful fulfillment of their functions. There is a methodological mistake. Well-known PM methodologies and approaches deal with the stakeholders as the “objects” of management. However, key stakeholders manage the project and make main decisions, thus, they are “subjects” of management rather than “objects”. The authors suggest a new approach involving models, methods and tools for managing PP&P for key stakeholders.","PeriodicalId":130940,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Industrial Engineering, Applications and Manufacturing (ICIEAM)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125259706","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This leads to emergence of the out-of-balance zero sequence current, which affects negatively on the sensitivity of the zero-sequence current protection. It is impossible to estimate such out-of-balance current by the means of typical calculation programs for short circuit currents. This paper describes the method of “virtual” lines for an extra correction of the values of zero-sequence currents during the 110–220 kV current ground faults occurring in the overhead power lines. There is an example of using this method for three 220 kV parallel overhead lines passing close to each other.","PeriodicalId":130940,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Industrial Engineering, Applications and Manufacturing (ICIEAM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127473129","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The manipulator, moving rectilinearly, must keep its clamp on a specified height. The manipulator clamp position is regulated by the link rotation by force of commutator motor of constant current with indirect excitation. As a control action, additional tension at the anchor engine is accepted. To construct an accurate mathematical model the manipulator is studied as a mechanotronic system with a redundant coordinate. For the mechanical part of the system, equations in M.F. Shul'gin's form are used. These equations being free from joining factors can be considered as a special case of the Voronetz equations for nonholonomic systems with integrable kinematic constraints. Then the first approximation of the disturbed motion equations is analyzed. Manipulator controllability at steady motion by means of additional tension at the anchor engine is confirmed. Coefficients of the optimal Lyapunov function and control law can be determined uniquely by solving linear-quadratic problems using N.N. Krasovsky's method. Computational solution can be founded with the Repin-Tretyakov procedure. Results of numerical computations are displayed.","PeriodicalId":130940,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Industrial Engineering, Applications and Manufacturing (ICIEAM)","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133499650","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research methodology is based on the energy balance analysis of the autonomous power supply systems with photovoltaic-diesel generation. As a result of the mutual review of the graphs of energy generation and power consumption in the stand-alone power system, a real time interaction algorithm of photovoltaic cells and energy storage was obtained. It was shown that achievement of a sustainable energy balance in the photo-diesel system is possible by using the hybrid inverter, which will provide a complete substitution of diesel generation during high insolation periods; and at lower temperatures, it will complement diesel generation in the power inverter mode without any artificial restrictions on generation power of photovoltaic power plant relative to the total current power of autonomous power supply system.","PeriodicalId":130940,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Industrial Engineering, Applications and Manufacturing (ICIEAM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131306859","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The obtained analytical expressions for the calculation of the degree of cleaning, allow determining constructive and technological parameters providing the required air environment cleaning efficiency. We have presented the results of comprehensive laboratory research of ESF using different systems of collecting electrodes, supply voltage of the filter, relative humidity and air flow speed. The obtained results show that power supply voltage, relative humidity of air environment and air flow speed mostly influence on the operation of ESF. An analytical equation for the required alteration in the unwinding machine electric drive's breaking torque needed to stabilize wire tension at a specified level between the roller-straightening device and profile stand is offered. Tension variations due to breaking torque alteration in the active control system of the unwinding machine electric drive have been compared; calculation with the proposed equation has proved that the wire fill-in radius of the reel within an active control system is decreased during unwinding process accompanied by a considerable decline in wire tension. On the contrary, if offered equation is used to vary breaking torque of the drive in response to the fill-in radius decrease, wire tension is stabilized. A method for calculation of efficient braking torque alteration of the unwinding machine electric drive at varying wire fill-in radius of the reel has been developed.","PeriodicalId":130940,"journal":{"name":"2016 2nd International Conference on Industrial Engineering, Applications and Manufacturing (ICIEAM)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-05-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128396614","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
