Many factors can be stressful for employees, such as career development and the creation of a conducive work environment. This research aims to determine the influence of career development and work environment on employee retention, by taking the object of research is a permanent employee of PT Subur Wangi Sentosa, Magetan Regency, East Java. The sample in this study was a permanent employee of 66 people with purposive sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS Version 20 program. The method used in this study is Experimental pretest posttest with the number of samples in this study as many as 30 respondents. The use of the pretest posttest experimental method is by giving treatment to the experimental group, namely in the first experiment the group was not treated while the second experimental group was given treatment and then the results of the two were compared. The data used in this study used primary and secondary data where primary data was obtained using questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data was obtained through previous research. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results in the first experiment that product features and price variables partially have no effect on purchasing decisions, but preference variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This research examined the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, firm size, public shareholding, audit firm size, and firm age on the extent of voluntary disclosures on the annual report of food and beverage subsector companies. Data obtained through secondary data on the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the website of each company. The samples in this study were 17 food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis methods. This study found that the profitability variable positively affects the extent of voluntary disclosure, and the firm age variable negatively affects voluntary disclosure. To obtain data and information, a sample of 52 respondents was taken using purposive sampling technique. Data obtained from field research through questionnaires and unstructured interviews. In addition, data were also obtained from literature studies through library materials collected based on the theories of experts related to the research. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, and the classical assumption test which is then interpreted. Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression, it is known that internal conflict and work stress have a negative effect on employee morale. It is known from the results of multiple linear regression where the internal conflict regression coefficient (-0.287) and the work stress regression coefficient (-0.416) which means the direction of the coefficient is negative. So the higher the conflict and work stress, the lower the employee morale at KOPEGTEL Ambon. Turnover intention has a negative impact on the company, both in terms of financial and non-financial. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, non-physical work environment, and work family conflict on turnover intention. The research method used is quantitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were employees of Borobudur Golf & Country Club, with a total sample of 154 employees using a simple random sampling technique (random sampling). The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The demand forecasting method used in this research is the Moving Average method and the Exponential Smoothing method. The methods analyzed are the 3-month and 5-month Moving Average methods, as well as Exponential Smoothing with values of 0.1, 0.5, and 0.9. The results of each method are compared based on the level of error. The calculation of how far a prediction is made is called the forecast error rate. This calculation is carried out for curtain products, and MSE is used to represent the error rate. The demand for curtains with a Mean Squared Error (MSE) is: moving average 3-month = 314.89. 5-month moving average = 222.29. Exponential Smoothing 0.1 = 256.82. Exponential Smoothing 0.5 = 290.09. Exponential Smoothing 0.9 = 393.09. Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai KPU. Jenis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitiatif yang menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS 25. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji t , dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) yang dibuktikan dengan koefisien regresi 0,405 yang bernilai positif dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) sebesar 29,4%. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan periode 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan total 131 sampel. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji Kruskal-Wallis dengan bantuan program Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 22. Hasil perhitungan ketiga model prediksi menunjukka bahwa terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang diprediksi mengalami kebangkrutan. Berdasarkan hasil uji Kruskal-Wallis dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara ketiga model.
