The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

Turnover intention is a situation where employees change jobs caused by various factors such as lack of job satisfaction, non-physical work environment factors, and work family conflict. Turnover intention has a negative impact on the company, both in terms of financial and non-financial.
