Based on the results of research with multiple linear regression, it is known that internal conflict and work stress have a negative effect on employee morale. It is known from the results of multiple linear regression where the internal conflict regression coefficient (-0.287) and the work stress regression coefficient (-0.416) which means the direction of the coefficient is negative. So the higher the conflict and work stress, the lower the employee morale at KOPEGTEL Ambon. Abstract
