The existence of interests constitutes the basis of conflict between partners. The purpose of this study is to study conflict resources with partners of Turkish businessmen and Turkish businessmen in Germany, and to compare them between the two groups, which may have potential to live or live. Qualitative research was used in the study and interviews were conducted with 10 Turkish businessmen who partnered in Turkey and 10 Turkish businessmen who partnered in Germany. The interviews with the voice recorder were written by researchers, and then the content analysis was performed. As a result of the analysis of the data, the sources of conflict highlighted by the participants of both groups are shaped in four groups as conflicts, “caused by culture”, “caused by communication”, “caused by the management of employees” and “caused by the differences of the objectives of the partners”. It has been concluded that the businessmen who have partnered in Turkey use more open communication in the conflict with their partners in Germany, accept differences as wealth, and turn conflict into the benefit of the partnership.","PeriodicalId":130191,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Eurasian Economies 2022","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115559476","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As time progressed in this production activity, with the increase in division of labor and specialization, with the development of barter economy and trade, the importance of trade routes increased. One of the most important of trade routes is the 'Silk Road'. Today it wants to be revived and carried forward mainly by rail. There are 69 countries and international organizations that started to be mentioned in 2013 under the leadership of China and have signed projects as of today. It is planned to reach 2049. \u0000 In our study, the amount of imports from China of 12 important countries (Malaysia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Iran, India, Turkey, Egypt, Ukraine, Russia, Hungary, Poland) that cooperated in the project between 2000 and 2017 gross domestic product ratios), foreign direct investment from China (ratio of incoming foreign direct investment) and debts to China (ratio to the country's gross domestic product) will be examined. As a result of these examinations, the possible harm and benefits of the Road-Belt project to the world economy will be tried to be determined. Policies to be implemented in the Road-Belt project will be proposed in order for world trade to operate in a win-win manner. Especially in the analysis of the determinants of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), this issue has started to be discussed more in the literature. In this study, the causality relations between exchange rates and FDI are analyzed within the scope of Turkey example with data covering the period 2005-2021. Causality relationships between variables were investigated by Hatemi-J (2012) asymmetric causality test. The data used for empirical analysis were obtained from the CBRT-EVDS database. According to the findings obtained from the asymmetric causality test, while the causality relationship from real effective exchange rate to FDI was determined, causality relationship from FDI to real effective exchange rate could not be determined. In terms of the results obtained, it is thought that internal dynamics may be more effective on the basis of this exceptional process between the real exchange rate and FDI in the Turkish economy. While the instability in the value of the currency makes it difficult to make long-term investment decisions such as FDI, it also causes the investment volume to decrease. As a matter of fact, in the relevant literature, the importance of institutional factors is frequently emphasized among the determinants of FDI for Turkey. Therefore, it is seen that Turkey's ability to establish a stable national currency is one of the prerequisites for attracting more FDI and it should increase its steps to strengthen institutional factors.","PeriodicalId":130191,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Eurasian Economies 2022","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128775443","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the internationalization of SMEs, a suitable function must be found to manage and control export operations. Undoubtedly, the initial goals of the SME management teams are that the capabilities of the management team and the characteristics of the company level are sufficient for internationalization to ensure the growth and profitability of the company. Looking at small and medium-sized enterprises, it is clear that some are looking for opportunities to expand in the international arena, while others are not. As a result of the theoretical researches, it has been seen that SMEs generally open up to international markets in order to increase their market share, increase their profitability and gain new customers. Lack of working capital, lack of information, lack of qualified personnel are among the main obstacles.","PeriodicalId":130191,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Eurasian Economies 2022","volume":"60 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126691451","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, established in 2017, is a clear example of this approach. The purpose of this article is to conduct a descriptive analysis of the impact of SME-supporting economic reforms on the economic performance of SMEs. The article analyzes the changes and trends in the macroeconomic indicators of SMEs in 2006-2019 based on the data of the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and examines the impact of SME reforms on SMEs, especially after 2016. The figures suggest that the reforms have positive effects and there are growing trends in terms of both value added and employment created by SMEs. Despite these positive results, the share of SMEs in the GDP and in employment of Azerbaijan is still low compared to developed countries.","PeriodicalId":130191,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Eurasian Economies 2022","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128761520","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because a growing economy increases the welfare level of the people and enables countries to consolidate their existence. For this reason, many countries around the world are trying to develop their foreign trade activities, which is one of the most important driving forces of growth. In foreign trade, it is important that the movements of these products in the supply chain are carried out effectively and efficiently as much as the products produced. An effectively executed logistics system helps to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and gain competitive advantage. In other words, logistics, while providing the sectoral connection within the national economy, is the whole of the activities that connect the country's economy to the global economy, in other words, it is extremely necessary for the execution of foreign trade. A number of factors can affect the efficiency of logistics, including infrastructure, technology, and the regulatory environment. In our study, it is aimed to evaluate the competencies of Turkey and Turkic Republics, which have a common language, race, culture, and tradition, in the field of logistics and to reveal the relationship between logistics competency and economic growth. The logistics competence of the countries is represented by the Logistics Performance Index published by the World Bank. In addition, macroeconomic data consisting of GDP per capita, foreign trade and growth of these countries were obtained from the World Bank and compared between countries.","PeriodicalId":130191,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Eurasian Economies 2022","volume":"206 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121886459","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In accordance with the purpose of the research the theoretical issues of the tourism market are studied, the problems of tourism development in the post-covid period are identified, the analysis of the main economic indicators of the tourism industry is made, and at the end recommendations for eliminating the impact of the pandemic on the development of the tourism industry of the country are offered. The Kyrgyz Republic, like other countries of the world, faced Covid-19 in 2020, which affected the development of the economy in general - the tourism industry in particular. Especially external tourism suffered: according to the statistical committee of the republic in 2020 the inflow of tourists to the country decreased by 74% compared to 2019, the share of the tourism industry in GDP decreased several times. The closure of the borders of the republic, the announcement of curfews in many cities of the country and other restrictions related to the pandemic led to a record reduction in the flow of tourists into the country. Major travel agencies were closed. Under such conditions, the effects of the pandemic persist to this day. Therefore, in this article we will try to find more effective ways out of this crisis and give some suggestions for further stabilization of the situation in the market of tourist services in Kyrgyzstan.","PeriodicalId":130191,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Eurasian Economies 2022","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116535465","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Foreign capital inflows are important because they close the savings-investment gap in developing countries. After independence, the Eurasian Economic Union countries, which were faced with the problem of inadequacy of domestic resources for economic development, became highly dependent on foreign sources and gave great importance to foreign aid and foreign debt, as well as to foreign investments. When viewed proportionally, the share of foreign aid is naturally low, and infrastructure investments constantly increase the external debt burden of future generations. On the other hand, although foreign direct investments contribute to the country’s economy, they do not directly increase the country’s debt burden. Therefore, it is considered as a more preferred foreign source. In this study, the effects of foreign investments and total external debt on economic growth in the EAEU countries were investigated. The quarterly data of five countries for the period of 2010-2021 were analyzed by panel data analysis. According to the panel ARDL cointegration approach, it has been revealed that there is a cointegration relationship between external resources and GDP in the EAEU countries. It has been determined that only foreign direct investments and total foreign debt have a statistically significant effect on GDP in the long run. In accordance with the general literature and theory, both coefficients were positive.","PeriodicalId":130191,"journal":{"name":"International Conference on Eurasian Economies 2022","volume":"106 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126018615","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
