Firstly, the global color feature of the image is extracted. Secondly, the image under each scale is divided into several sub-blocks, and the feature vectors extracted from each sub-block are connected orderly. Thirdly, the saliency of each sub-block is expressed as the weight of the sub-block in the joint feature vector. Finally, the weighted eigenvectors are clustered. Due to the inevitable error in installing a CT system, the quality of the reconstructed images tends to fall. Therefore, the CT imaging system’s parameters calibration is of great significance in particular situations. In this paper, the first-generation CT machine is used to calibrate the rotation center of the specific template by using the geometric analysis method, and the iterative correction method is used to further improve the accuracy of the rotation center, so as to improve the accuracy of image reconstruction and accuracy. Jointless track circuit adopts electrical tuning unit to replace the mechanical insulation, which realizes the seamless connection of the track. The disconnection of the track circuit is inspected. Different from the traditional wired communication medium, the channel of power line communication is more complex and susceptible to interference. This paper proposes a diversity scheme based on orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) against narrowband interference, pulse interference and multipath fading in low voltage broadband power line communication which improves the reliability of power line communication. Variations in image cause many challenges to target recognition system due to change in illumination, noise and detail blurring. In this paper, a new approach based on image preprocessing is proposed to speeded up robust features in target recognition. The proposed image preprocessing method improves the global air-light first by using Retinex algorithm of the original image, then a homomorphic filtering scheme is proposed after db2-type wavelet transform. In target recognition, based on speeded up robust feature extraction approach, the feature points are extracted by Hessian operator in the algorithm, then the algorithm gets all the matching pairs by matching threshold. Under this background, this paper, based on the vision, provides a banknote sorting device. This device first uses the industrial cameras to take pictures of flattened banknotes, then reads the banknotes images through VC ++ 6.0 and processes the images accordingly, finally identifies the denomination of the banknotes and makes mechanical classification of the banknotes. This paper begins with three parts, image acquisition, image processing and banknote classification. In order to facilitate development, the image acquisition utilizes an industrial camera with an SDK. Using advanced digital image processing technology, the banknotes image denoising, smoothing, sharpening, binarization and other processing, and the paper currency boundary was calculated to achieve the realization of banknotes intelligent identification with different denominations. Based on the simple system built in this paper for stabilizing wind power, the power balance equation was established, and the mathematical model of wind power generation was put forward based on SOC for Power smoothing of Wind Power Generation. After determining the differences between the wind power generation curve and load curve, and the membership function of SOC for energy storage battery, the fuzzy algorithm rules were determined for controlling battery charge and discharge. Taking the wind power generation system in a certain area of Inner Mongolia as an example, a simulation system was established.
