Under this background, this paper, based on the vision, provides a banknote sorting device. This device first uses the industrial cameras to take pictures of flattened banknotes, then reads the banknotes images through VC ++ 6.0 and processes the images accordingly, finally identifies the denomination of the banknotes and makes mechanical classification of the banknotes. This paper begins with three parts, image acquisition, image processing and banknote classification. In order to facilitate development, the image acquisition utilizes an industrial camera with an SDK. Using advanced digital image processing technology, the banknotes image denoising, smoothing, sharpening, binarization and other processing, and the paper currency boundary was calculated to achieve the realization of banknotes intelligent identification with different denominations. 摘要
