After determining the differences between the wind power generation curve and load curve, and the membership function of SOC for energy storage battery, the fuzzy algorithm rules were determined for controlling battery charge and discharge. Taking the wind power generation system in a certain area of Inner Mongolia as an example, a simulation system was established. Abstract

In order to solve the problem of power fluctuation caused by grid-connected wind power, this paper uses battery energy storage system to stabilize the output power of wind power generation. 基于电池储能系统的风力发电功率波动平滑方法
为了解决风电并网带来的功率波动问题,本文采用蓄电池储能系统稳定风力发电的输出功率。在本文构建的风力发电稳定简单系统的基础上,建立了风力发电的功率平衡方程,提出了基于SOC的风力发电功率平滑数学模型。在确定风电发电曲线与负荷曲线的差异,以及储能电池SOC隶属度函数的基础上,确定了控制电池充放电的模糊算法规则。以内蒙古某地区风力发电系统为例,建立了仿真系统。通过对仿真结果的对比分析,证明了所提出的方法能够有效抑制风力发电的功率波动。
