Based on the simple system built in this paper for stabilizing wind power, the power balance equation was established, and the mathematical model of wind power generation was put forward based on SOC for Power smoothing of Wind Power Generation. After determining the differences between the wind power generation curve and load curve, and the membership function of SOC for energy storage battery, the fuzzy algorithm rules were determined for controlling battery charge and discharge. Taking the wind power generation system in a certain area of Inner Mongolia as an example, a simulation system was established. Abstract
