Realizing the hybrid simulation of electromagnetic transients and electromechanical transients in the power system has expanded the scale of electromagnetic transient simulation. On the other hand, it also provides the necessary system background for the electromagnetic transient network simulation analysis. This paper uses electromagnetic transient-electromechanical transient hybrid simulation technology for engineering analysis and application, which can avoid the system equivalent workload due to the limitation of electromagnetic transient simulation scale, and can greatly improve the accuracy of system analysis and research. Adding more bands can build larger feature dimension space while bringing in more redundant information. This paper tries to optimize band set for multispectral dorsal hand recognition mainly in near infrared (NIR) light. Images at 35 bands are sampled uniformly from 700nm to 1040nm, and then band distribution is analyzed for multispectral biometric specialty. Multi-band selection is processed in two steps. First, the whole NIR region is divided into several band clusters according to maximum irrelevance principle. Second, representative bands are chosen from these clusters for recognition rate ranking. Our scheme focuses on accuracy and rapidity simultaneously. Experiment shows the robustness of improved clustering method and the high fusion performance. Text Matching is very important in many NLP tasks, such as document retrieval, question answering, automatic conversation, machine translation, etc. In recent years, there existed some representation-based and interaction-based neural networks which have achieved some improvements. However powerful attention mechanism is rarely used in these models. Inspired by the success of attention in machine translation and document classification, in this paper, we propose a Deep Hierarchical Attention Networks for Text Matching, namely Deep-HAN-Matching. Specifically, Deep-HAN-Matching extracts meaningful matching patterns and rich contextual features hierarchically from words to total document at the query term level using the recurrent neural network and attention mechanism, and finally rank the matching score produced by the fully connected neural network. The number and type of the spectrum-dependent stations and equipments, which have been put into use, is ever increasing. The phenomenon of self-interference and mutual interference has become more and more severe. This paper proposed a new approach of spectrum-dependent compatibility analysis between radio stations based on spatial interpolation. Firstly, electromagnetic environment perception data is obtained from multiple sensors. Then, the actual interference power of each interest point in a certain region is obtained by spatial interpolation fusion. Finally, the spectrum-dependent compatibility of radio stations is determined by comparing the actual interference power and the allowable interference power. Unlike the extrapolation approach based on the calculation of radio wave propagation loss, the proposed approach in the paper avoids the estimated deviation caused by the selection mismatch of the model selection of radio wave propagation loss and the unreasonable model parameter setting, and does not need to know the number of transmitters and their positions in advance. A low power circuit with ingenious design is one of the most important considerations of the engineers, as well as the researchers. Nowadays, the low power sequential circuit is the key to circuit design, which requires an elaborate state assignment that could be synthesized as a circuit of low energy consumption and small size. That comes to a multi-objective optimization. This paper applies both the Single-gene mutation and the full gene mutation operation in seeking the optimal solution; moreover, it combines the Quantum computing with the multi-objective Genetic Algorithm to achieve an ideal assignment effectively. In the paper, the structural modal analysis of the dimension measurement equipment was conducted, and the first six orders natural frequencies and vibration were computed. In addition, the probable resonance risk and design hidden troubles were pointed out. The method of optimization was determined by combining the results of modal analysis with the engineering experience. Information retrieval has been approached to help to generate traceability links. Traceability links are usually determined by the similarity between two artifacts. However, methods are put forward mainly based on vector space model, topic model etc. which ignored the word semantic. According to that, this paper adapts the popular word embedding technique to traceability recovery tasks, and handle the out-of-vocabulary words at test time. In the end, a machine learning method is used (learning to rank) to improve our final result. It is superior to the MUSIC algorithm in element-space domain on account of high robustness, low threshold of signal-to-noise ratio in resolution, and etc. However, array mismatch generates performance degradation of algorithm in practical application. This paper emulates the influence that array mismatch exerts on the performance estimation of MUSIC algorithm in beam-space domain, and hereof puts forward correction algorithm of independent noises basing on analyzing the performance of MUSIC algorithm in beam-space domain systematically focusing on array mismatch.
