The earlier version of the web, known as Web 1.0, was primarily a readonly medium, while Web 2.0 allowed for greater interactivity with read/write capabilities. Now, the emerging version of the web, Web 3.0, is considered to be a technologically advanced medium that not only facilitates read/write capabilities but also enables a machines to carry out some of the thinking that was previously expected only of humans. In a relatively short period of time, Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 have introduced new tools and technologies that have greatly facilitated web-based education and learning. This paper will explore the definition, evolution, and characteristics of Web 3.0, as well as discuss potential future technologies, trends, tools, and services that can support online learning, personalization, and knowledge construction powered by the Semantic Web.","PeriodicalId":129636,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Trends in Computer Science and Engineering","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116637094","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposes a design of a Web-based Dental Information Management System for a private dental clinic. This design will facilitate the automation of business processes such as storing dental records, billing processing, generation of reports, and integration of Artificial Intelligence through Chatbot technology for smart appointment systems, as well as accessibility to various users, including patients, dentists, and staff. For software development and testing, the project will use the V-Model methodology. The Information System development plan was prepared by first identifying major work packages and conducting stakeholder interviews. Thus, the time and cost needed were estimated, which led to the creation of a budget plan with an amount of PHP431,774.04 with a total duration of 158 working days. A two-year Financial Viability analysis is used to determine the project’s cost/benefits evaluation. If the clinic serves an average of 10 clients per day, the time spent on the activities is reduced to 68.75%, which implies it can handle more patients because the processing time is significantly reduced. It is recommended for future improvement of this plan to integrate Decision-support systems for detecting tooth diseases and dental treatments in patients.","PeriodicalId":129636,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Trends in Computer Science and Engineering","volume":"102 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124568681","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The standard of water determines the standard of food, which encompasses a crucial role in people's health. The use of IoT in agriculture has helped to resolve this problem by ensuring that the water used for irrigation is clean and safe for crops. Purifying of water manually becomes hectic and time consuming procedure to be done, which needs lot of manpower too. And, once we discuss machines and automation, it becomes easy and time saving procedure for the farmers, which helps in farming. A process called decentralization process is employed to treat the economic waste water. This treated water is employed for agriculture. Purifier for water is already available but there aren't any applications where farmer could automate the purifier from their home, so it becomes time consuming for them. The use of IoT sensors can also provide real-time data on crop growth and health, helping farmers make informed decision.","PeriodicalId":129636,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Trends in Computer Science and Engineering","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-04-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125178187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Intelligent agents reside on computers that comprise this system. They enable a system to take independent actions, communicate with other systems, and adapt to changing situations. We presented a system that uses intelligent agents embedded in machines to determine which procedures are most critical and how they should be distributed. Robots with intelligent agents can improve their decision-making abilities. The proposed system and transmitting rule function compare the scheduling problem with early completion, efficiency, and delay in checking the system and the dispatching. Multi-agent using resilience systems are competitive even in a continually developing environment. It is possible that reinforcement learning with intelligence agents will be used in the future because it provides users with a unique approach to problem-solving. When these machines fail without giving a signal or warning, there is unplanned downtime and unanticipated deployment of maintenance staff which may affect or lower production if machines are serving as important assets. Some failures can lead to greater damage, instead of one machine or item being replaced a lot of resources will be needed to repair once a machine fails and assets will have a shorter life expectancy. There are also safety issues associated with running a machine to failure. Running a machine to failure also increases labour costs and safety costs. Therefore, this paper proposes a Cloud-Enabled Fault Prediction and Reporting System with Machine scheme for Healthy-State and Time-To-Failure Assessment of Induction Motors and Pumps for Maintenance Scheduling. This system uses sensors to extract data (current, speed, temperature, vibrations). The extracted data is then conditioned and compared to the values related to the healthy state of the equipment using machine learning algorithms, manufacturer specifications, and historical readings to identify performance non-conformities or items that require action and display the asset health report which will help schedule a proper maintenance procedure based on analysis.","PeriodicalId":129636,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Trends in Computer Science and Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130708134","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
