Now, the emerging version of the web, Web 3.0, is considered to be a technologically advanced medium that not only facilitates read/write capabilities but also enables a machines to carry out some of the thinking that was previously expected only of humans. In a relatively short period of time, Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 have introduced new tools and technologies that have greatly facilitated web-based education and learning.
