This caused animation studios to slowly gain popularity in the Philippines. A rarity in the eyes of the public but slowly growing asmultimedia and entertainment grow overseas. Effective computer networking can improve the animation project’s production as it will lessen the time for file transfers, updates, and the need to constantly upload assets online through cloud storage. If the network is managed effectively; all progress, updates, animation frames, and assets will be accessible to all the artists in realtime. In this paper, a proposed network design for a small animation studio was developed. During the planning, the building layout does not matter as the floor plan isdesigned to be a single open space room, this decisionwas determined as most art studios rent commercial buildings that offer open space layouts. This will also benefit collaboration and communication as animation projects rely heavily on teamwork. In this paper a Virtual Local Area Network VLAN was developed at the 3 storey Administration Building at North Eastern Mindanao State University – Tagbina Campus. An ideal network management on implementing VLAN was proposed on the operation, administration and security. The directions of modernization municipal sanitary sewer system for carrying waste are proposed. These are: the decentralization of the drainage system (1), the use of local treatment facilities (2) and of higher aquatic vegetation for additional treatment (3). The transition from a pressure network to a non-pressure network is proposed to be carried out by replacing the sewage pumping station (SPS) with a local treatment plant. If necessary to increase the self-cleaning capacity of small rivers that receive domestic wastewater and storm drains with surface runoff, cascades of simple dams from bio fouling materials can be created on them. The 3D mathematico-cartographical model of the city houscommunal services has been developed, which allows making decisions based on geostatistical analysis. The system went through the stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, namely: Stage 1 – Requirement Analysis; Stage 2 – System Design; Stage 3 – Development; Stage 4 – Testing; Stage 5 – Deployment; and Stage 6 - Maintenance. The system took ten months to design and develop. Different softwares were used for the development of the user and admin interface using programming languages, which are HTML, Java, and PHP. For the development of the database, MySQL was utilized. It has been strongly agreed by Barangay Officials and users based on the following criteria: functionality, usability, efficiency, portability, reliability, and security. The system gave the barangay officials a modern, convenient, and efficient way of performing their services. It lessened the people coming in and out in the barangay hall, thus resulting in the adherence to the COVID-19 protocols. The Community Request Queue Management System for Local Government Unit of Cabanatuan City provided the Sumacab Sur Citizens an alternative way of submitting inquiries, filing complaints and requesting documents. In this paper, the recently proposed nature-inspired optimization algorithm namely: Dandelion Optimizer (DO) has been used for the optimal placement and sizing of DG in the radial distribution network. The objectives are to minimize active power loss and voltage deviation and to enhance the voltage stability of the distribution network. The efficiency of the proposed method has been verified over the IEEE 33-bus and Algerian 112-bus distribution systems. The result comparisons indicated that the proposed method can obtain higher quality solutions than many other methods for the considered scenarios from the test systems. The end results of fire outbreaks can be exceedingly devastating and usually amount to serious losses of lives and properties. They also consist of alarm circuits and some manual call points often referred to as detection zones. Recent researches on fire related systems which are adaptations of the conventional fire systems, have dwelt comprehensively on technologies that can provide possible fire detection services by the integration of sensors that are capable of reacting to certain fire based parameters such as rise in temperature/heat, accumulation of pressure, smoke and other combustible elements etc.. The perceived setback of these sensors is that they need considerable time for responding as they require product of fire (e.g., smoke, temperature etc.) to reach the sensors. However, as computing power increases, and its effect is felt across most spheres of human existence, artificial intelligence based systems have been in the fore front of the discourse due to its ability to adequately minimize or exclude human involvement in most emergency or delicate activities. Therefore, implementing a computer vision-based fire monitoring and detection system using low cost surveillance cameras and artificial neural network is proposed and will sufficiently enhance the ability to monitor, detect and generally manage fire outbreaks in deployed buildings. The proposed system seek to significantly provide a more precise and accurate tool for the detection of fire situations and sufficiently eliminate the tendency for false fire alarms since it will be dependent on convolutional neural network trained with captured frames of video images of fire in order to accurately tell a fire situation. The primary purpose of this study is to develop an intelligent system for monitoring and detection of fire outbreak using computer vision and artificial neural network. As cloud servers are exposed to attacks similar to legitimate requests on servers, it turns out that they are healthy, but they carry an attack on the data on the servers. DDOS attacks not only affect networks, but also the data carried by servers. In this paper, we proposed a new scheme to discover DDOS attacks. By using a Principal Component Analysis (PCA) scheme for network state analysis on traffic packet data, we divide and segment the network for reducing the overall computation. Difference detection processing between simple digital images, such as photographic images, is easy to implement. Whereas for satellite images, which compose of several images’ grayscale and bands, this requires a methodological approach to image processing appropriate to the exploitation of these data because this will allow to follow the evolution over time of a region of interest through change detection techniques, so these images are a tool of choice in the management of natural resources. So, in this paper, we propose a hybrid automatic change detection approach for multi-temporal satellite images. It is based on several algorithms: ISODATA for automatic thresholding, Principal Component Analysis as transformation technique, Fuzzy C-Means as classification technique. The above scenario was studied in this paper using simulation-based analysis of a Hierarchical Timed Coloured Petri Nets (HTCPN) model, which abstracted the serving operation of a renowned restaurant in the Ibadan metropolis. The restaurant was characterized by two or more servers that serially served each Customer from the multiple available servers at the four serving points. One hundred simulation runs were carried out on the HTCPN model using CPN Tools to determine the four (4) parameters,Customers' Average Flow Time (CAFT),Customers' Average Waiting Time (CAWT),Servers' Average Utilization Rate (SAUR) andCustomers' Average Queue Length (CAQL) required in serving 567, 1100, 1103, 770 and 829 customers from Monday to Friday, respectively. The model was validated by carrying out a statistical analysis t-Test between the simulated and the actual customers' flow time andservers' utilization rate at a 5% significant level. The validation results showed no significant differences between the simulated and the actual customers' average flow time andservers' utilization rate at a 5% significance level.
