The proposed method in order to determine operational state of a complex system and endow it with additional ability to withstand failures combines system dynamics models (to help in identifying interactions of the elements of the system under study in dynamics), event and failure tree models (used to simulate the risk scenario evolution) and artificial neural networks. The hybrid risk management methodology in sociotechnical systems is based on combining capabilities of different artificial intelligence technologies and makes it possible to introduce advantages of several technologies by integrating them. Six stages of research carried out within the framework of hybrid technique are presented, as well as mathematical description of the neural network model. Effectiveness of the proposed methodology was tested using three implemented software products. On the example of a construction company and using the developed original software package, accident scenarios were simulated, and a neural net-work was built to predict risks and determine the company operation status. {"title":"Drawing with Thinning under Viscoplasticity Deformation of the Anisotropic Material","authors":"V. Chudin, V. Scientific literature is paying insufficient attention to calculation of the deformation processes of workpieces exposed to viscoplasticity. Relationships are proposed to determine stresses and continuity of the workpiece material during drawing in heating the cylindrical products with a thinned wall. State of hot material viscoplasticity is accepted under the plane deformation scheme. Equilibrium equation, yield condition for anisotropic material and discontinuity kinetics equations were used making it possible to predict strength characteristics and accuracy of the products obtained. Calculations of the drawing process modes for workpieces made of the AMg6 aluminum alloy and of the VT6s titanium alloy were performed. Graphic dependences are demonstrated of alterations in the operation specific force and in the material continuity value on the motion speed of the deforming punch. At the given forming temperatures, the energy continuity equation corresponds to the aluminum alloy, and the deformation equation corresponds to the titanium alloy. Influence of the workpiece mechanical properties anisotropy on the drawing technological conditions was studied. It is shown that force modes and continuity alteration of the deformed material depend on the anisotropy coefficient at a given temperature. The study used four Sentinel 2 MSI satellite images received during the 2020--2021 dry seasons to evaluate alteration in the water surface area of Lake Dankia in the Lam Dong Province of the Vietnam Central Highlands. Optical green channel (channel 3) and shortwave infrared channel (channel 11) of the Sentinel 2 images were used to calculate the modified normalized difference water index MNDWI and to decipher the land--water boundary by the thresholding method. The obtained results demonstrated that the Lake Dankia area at the dry season end (March 18. 2021) decreased by 86.46 hectares compared to November 18. 2020 (dry season start), which was 31.7 % of the original lake area. At the same time, the methods of nonlinear dynamics, in particular, of the fractal analysis, are used both in processing the time series and in studying irregularities in profiles or surfaces. By analogy with this, the possibility of introducing the Allan variance method to analyze alterations in the solid body surface during chemical and thermal treatment was evaluated. Introduction of the Allan variance method makes it possible to quantify the roughness components corresponding to the surface defects of a certain size. Alterations in the surface of grounded and polished quartz glass plates were studied, as well as the melted rods during chemical dissolution of the surface layer. The presented graphs and calculated Allan variations for the profiles of various surfaces clearly demonstrate that alterations in the surface relief standard deviation during chemical etching of the quartz plates and bars is associated with the surface defects size. The results of studying the surface stay in good agreement with the estimates made by the fractal analysis method. Ways to optimize structures and processes of reinforcing the composite materials subjected to high loads in their operation were considered. Composite materials methods of strengthening with various windings of closed structure were theoretically substantiated, as well as possibilities to obtain products with the maximum filling factor of composites with the reinforcing component, including creation of the carbon-carbon composite materials for special purposes. It is shown that in order to preserve physical and mechanical properties of the composite materials, it is required to give preference to the one-process methods in formation of the reinforcing fillers, which could reduce the number of abrasion effects on the fiber. An important factor in reinforcing and creating the carbon-carbon composite materials by winding is the direction of external axial loads, which are known in advance. In order to avoid destruction of the upper layers of the product structure exposed to action of the axial forces, the package should be oriented in such a way that the thread cohesive forces prevent separation (peeling) of the unbound winding turns. The concept of smart work-place is introduced in relation to the Design-to-order information support, objective and tasks of the smart workplace operation are formulated. Generalized network-centric architecture of the Design-to-order unified information space is presented, which provides information support in implementation of the design and production chain. The proposed unified information space architecture includes mechanisms of automatic generation and adaptation of the design data basic and domain-specific models taking into account the constantly altering application conditions. In general, the proposed network-centric architecture of the Design-to-order unified information space ensures uninterrupted information interaction from the customer to separate workplaces and target processes of the product life cycle. Complexity in such surfaces manufacture is because the existing methods of their shape control with the optical accuracy of about 20--30 nm require introduction of the auxiliary reference optical elements, which dimensions are several times larger than those of the controlled part are. The paper proposes the autocollimation control method using a concentric meniscus lens with dimensions slightly exceeding the dimensions of the controlled part. Results of calculating the control circuit design parameters are presented based on the theory of the third-order aberrations. Effect of the refractive index and thickness of a concentric meniscus lens on the maximum and root-mean-square deviations of the surface shape with various requirements to concentric meniscus lens radii was considered, and the developed scheme simulation in the Zemax soft-ware was also proposed. The Fizeau interferometer optical scheme was described using a lens with the reference surface to implement the developed method. Perturbations are understood as real finite continuous potentials. The discrete spectrum of the perturbed Laplacian is studied when the distance between the potentials increases. The presence of its eigenvalues and eigen-functions that correspond to them is considered for various cases of multiplicities of the limiting eigenvalue. The first case of the considered multiplicity is the double limiting eigenvalue. By this we mean the simple and isolated Laplacian eigenvalue with the first potential, as well as the simple and isolated Laplacian eigenvalue with the second potential. The second case under consideration is the case of arbitrary multiplicity of the limiting eigenvalue. By this we mean the Laplacian eigenvalue with the first potential of arbitrary multiplicity and the Laplacian eigenvalue with the second potential also of arbitrary multiplicity. In both cases under consideration (of multiplicity two and arbitrary), the first terms of formal asymptotic expansions of the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the perturbed Laplacian are constructed. A complex exponential-power structure of the constructed asymptotic is demonstrated. A system of spatial integral equations is presented describing processes in the electrical devices. Basic and modified algorithms of the Jiles --- Atherton scalar model implementation are considered. The model parameters were tuned using a genetic algorithm. Algorithms for constructing the Jiles --- Atherton direct and inverse vector model in the three-dimensional setting were presented in accordance with the Mayergoyz approach. Generalized model of the vector 3D hysteresis makes it possible to describe the nonlinear properties of ferromagnetic medium for the isotropic and anisotropic materials. An example of the magnetic system calculation is provided taking into account the vector magnetic hysteresis. The simulation model parameters were determined from experimental data of the limited scope. Adequacy of the computational models was checked using a test problem. Results of the numerical studies demonstrated that the models were quite accurately reproducing real hysteresis dependences for various ferromagnetic materials. Panas","doi":"10.18698/0236-3933-2023-2-20-38","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18698/0236-3933-2023-2-20-38","url":null,"abstract":"The paper demonstrates relevance and prospects of using the Schottky-barrier composite two-tier FETs based on the GaN crystals in the previously developed hybrid integrated circuit design, as well as the possibility to increase power dissipation up to 200 W with using one pair of crystals and to 250 W with using the two pairs. Thermal calculation results are presented proving the prospects of using the proposed hybrid integrated circuit design. Crystals of the two types GaAs and GaN are compared. Efficiency and prospects for using GaN crystals and Schottky barrier composite two-tier field-effect transistors in a hybrid integrated circuit of the microwave power amplifier could significantly improve its weight and size characteristics. Advent and use of the Schottky-barrier field-effect transistors based on the GaN crystals with the power of up to 100 W and more was temporarily solving the problem of increasing the power and improving the weight and size characteristics of the microwave amplifiers. When comparing maximum temperatures on the transistor crystal at the released power of 1 W, it was found that an increase in the thermal conductivity of the additional heat sink contributed to maximum temperature displacement from the upper crystals to the lowers and changed the heat flow direction. GaN crystals use increased the power level over the entire range of thermal conductivity of the additional heat sink materials 500--2000 W/(m · K), and the power ratio with an increase in the thermal conductivity of the additional heat sink was approximately equal to two.
