Usual behaviour between Maine Coon and Perognathinae is imitated to formulate the MPO algorithm. In the proposed MPO, the crusade of Maine Coon towards Perognathinae as well as the spurt of Perognathinae in the direction of anchorages is replicated. Proposed MPO is population-based procedure which is premeditated by imitating the natural actions of a Maine Coon assaults on Perognathinae and absconding of Perognathinae to the anchorage. The reaction mixtures were prepared from the solutions of potassium permanganate of different concentrations (0.0004, 0.001 and 0.002 М) and either the solutions of sulphuric acid (1, 3 and 10 %), water, or the solutions of sodium hydroxide (0.01, 0.04 and 0.1 М). The kinetic curves were recorded with the spectrophotometer at the wavelengths of 525 nm (in acidic environment), 400 nm (in neutral environment) and 605 nm (in alkaline environment). The initial reaction rates were determined from the slopes of the initial linear parts of the kinetic curves. Using the differential van’t Hoff method, the partial reaction orders were determined. It was shown that in the acidic environment the partial reaction order with respect to permanganate is close to 1.5, and that with respect to hydrogen ions is close to 0.6. In the neutral and alkaline environments the reaction obeys the first partial order with respect to permanganate, and the partial order of the reaction in alkaline environments with respect to hydroxyl-ions is close to 0.8. X-ray diffraction (XRD) was carried out to determine the phase and the crystal structure of the barium titanate. XRD patterns were then refined using the Rietveld analysis method on Fullproof software. The results show the barium titanate (BaTiO3) phase has a tetragonal perovskite structure. EDAX and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were examined to analyze the chemical composition and morphology of the material powder respectively. The results showed that the powder barium titanate (BaTiO3) contains Ba, Ti, and O atoms. The crystallite size is 3 μm and the morphology look homogeneous. The structure factor obtained from the experiment is used to calculate the polarization hysteresis using Polydomain and Landau --- Khalatnikov models. The results of modeling using the structure factor approach using Landau --- Khalatnikov modified model and the Polydomain modified model showed the R-factor (Rwp) is 8.7 and 11.3 %","PeriodicalId":12961,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Based on the modern highly informative tools of experimental physics of fast processes, an experimental method for determining kinematic parameters of the automobile air bag operation dynamics was developed and implemented. Detailed cinegrams of the process of container front panels opening, air bag unfolding and dropping for the case of the driver’s airbag module response in time were prepared and presented. Actuating devices, i.e., the pyrotechnic solid propellant gas generators, were instrumentally decompositioned, structural arrangements of all components and parts, their functional purpose and design features were determined. Using the reverse engineering methods including direct measurement and process analysis, 3D models of gas generators and air bag two-stage modules were developed. Downtime of the pilot production, which is one of the main stages of the innovation process at the industrial enterprise, was analyzed. Problems of management, organization and planning in pilot production were revealed. Main stages of the devices manufacturing prototypes were considered. A new characteristic feature of pilot production was revealed, i.e., random production equipment downtime associated with errors in design of the products and preparation of technical documentation for their manufacture. Characteristics of random production equipment downtime was studied, which made it possible to prove their Poisson properties. Specific factors of downtime characterizing only the processes of creating the device prototypes were determined. Relationship between specific factors and general downtime was studied to find the factor most significant in terms of the amount of losses. Presence of such a factor leads to revision of existing and formation of fundamentally new approaches in creating technological chains in production of the experimental or prototype samples. Kozlov","doi":"10.18698/1812-3368-2023-3-85-99","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18698/1812-3368-2023-3-85-99","url":null,"abstract":"Based on analyzing results of the existing works, the paper demonstrates that the method of simulating motion of the SV-polarized normal waves using the classical theory of deformation appears promising in simulating their propagation in the layered polymer composite materials, as well as in studying the effect of discontinuities in such materials on the considered waves’ parameters. A model was created to analyze specifics of the described waves’ propagation in the polymer composite materials based on the carbon fiber. Formulas were obtained to calculate the amplitude coefficients for the motion equations to take into account acoustic characteristics of the polymer composite material layers and make it possible to calculate the displacement components or the energy distribution at any point in the layered medium. Phase velocity values were determined, and dispersion curves were constructed for various modes of the SV-polarized normal waves. Influence of the material layered structure on attenuation of those waves was considered, and the principle of correcting the formulas for calculating the attenuation coefficients taking into account the number of layers and their acoustic properties was outlined. The frequency ranges in which the influence of polarization processes on electrodes occur and ionic relaxation occurs in the bulk of the solution have been excluded from the results of the electrical conductivity measurements. The association constants for Ka ILs in polar solvents published in literature were analyzed. A discrepancy between the values of Ka was noted, which is associated with the use of different calculation equations for electrical conductivity and the insufficiently correct consideration of the frequency dependance of the measured resistance. Based on the measured values of the electrical conductivity of dilute solutions of 1-butyl-3-methylpyridinium bis{(trifluoromethyl)sulfonyl}amide ([Bmpy][NTf2]) in acetonitrile (AN), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and dimethylformamide (DMF) in the 20--65 °C temperature range, the thermodynamic characteristics of the [Bmpy][NTf2] association were determined. The effect of temperature on the molar electrical conductivity of [Bmpy][NTf2] at infinite dilution λ0 and the association constant Ka have been considered. The Walden product (λ0η), where η is the viscosity of the solvent, was also analysed. It was shown that in AN, DMSO, and DMF, λ0η changes in different ways with increasing temperature; however, the value of λ0η/(εT) corrected for permittivity ε and absolute temperature T does not depend on the temperature and nature of the solvent. As the temperature rises, the electrical conductivity of the dilute solutions of [Bmpy][NTf2] increases in direct proportion to the ratio of the permittivity to dipole dielectric relaxation time of the solvent","PeriodicalId":12961,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Colloidal Ag2S nanoparticles passivated with 2-mercaptopropionic acid were obtained by photoinduced synthesis in the ethylene glycol. The nanoparticles shape and characteristic size were determined using the transmission electron microscopy. To analyze the external electric field influence, a series of samples was prepared based on the optically passive polymer film, where the nanoparticles were embedded. The films were placed between two glasses coated with the transparent electrodes based on the indium tin oxide (ITO). Intensity value of the external electric field created in such structures reached 500 kV/cm. The photoluminescence signal was registered using the CCD fiber spectrometer with spectral resolution of 1.16 nm. Spectrally resolved nanoparticles photoluminescence kinetics was measured by time-corre-lated counting of the separate photons. It was found that the presence of a field led to an increase in intensity and rate of the photoluminescence relaxation due to the surface states. This fact is related to acceleration of the free holes transportation to the recombination centers in the external electric field. It is shown that under long-term exposure to laser radiation with a wavelength of 405 nm and the average power of 5 mW, the nanocrystal photoluminescent properties could degrade, as it occurs due to formation of new centers of non-radiative recombination and photoionization of the quantum dots","PeriodicalId":12961,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Introduction of digital simulation technologies for the viscous fluid flow makes it possible to optimize geometry of the flow path elements at the design stage and predict pump characteristics with sufficient degree of accuracy. The main elements influencing characteristics of the multi-stage pumps flow parts include impellers and taps. Most often, vane and channel diffusers are used as retractors in the multistage pumps. Results of designing and optimizing flow parts of the low speed multistage centrifugal pump with both types of diffusers are presented, as well as predictive characteristics of pumps obtained using the computational fluid dynamics methods. Hydraulic efficiency of a stage with the channel-type guide (optimized version) is by 0.3 % higher than the efficiency of a stage with the vane-type guide. Both optimized flow paths have a non-sinking nature of pressure characteristics in the low flow region. The pump stage with the channel-type guide has a smaller radial overall dimension than the stage with the vane diffuser = 0.88) and higher design manufacturability. It was found that the most preferable option for the feed electric pump stage with the ns = 85 speed factor is the optimized flow path with the channel-type diffuser","PeriodicalId":12961,"journal":{"name":"Herald of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Usually such a problem is being formulated as a parametric optimization problem. The paper considers optimization problems represented by the black-box model. As such problems dimension grows, it becomes difficult to find a satisfactory solution for many traditional optimization approaches even with a significant increase in the number of objective function calculations. A new hybrid evolutionary method in coordinating the self-adjusting coevolution algorithms with the COSACC-LS1 local search is proposed to solve the problems of global material optimization of the extra-large dimension. COSACC-LS1 is based on the idea of the computing resources automatic allocation between a group of self-tuning differential evolution algorithms based on coevolution and local search algorithm. Effectiveness of the proposed algorithm was evaluated on 15 reference test problems from the LSGO CE 2013 set. Results of the COSACC-LS1-based algorithm were compared with a number of modern metaheuristic algorithms that were designed specifically for solving the very large-scale optimization problems and were the winners and prize-winners in the optimization competitions conducted within the framework of the IEEE CEC.
