However, specific ISC model for employee’s security behaviour is limited. This paper discusses a pilot study of our research-in-progress that proposes a holistic ISC model to be used as guidance for employee’s security behaviour in organization. ISC concept model developed in the study is represented by seven comprehensive dimensions formulated based on widely accepted concepts of Organizational Culture and ISC. These dimensions embody various aspects of ISC cultivation. The model was tested in a Malaysian public university. This study employed Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM) using Smart PLS 3 software to analyze and validate the model. The findings proved that the ISC model is significant in influencing security compliance behaviour. Hence, this study contributes to ISC literature in terms of conceptualization and empirical validation of a new ISC model based on seven comprehensive dimensions in relation with ISP compliance behaviour.","PeriodicalId":129517,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Information Management (ICIM)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121818077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sports practice and fashion trends in the use of clothing have generated the acquisition and use of sports products; In that sense, these people who buy this type of product are recognized as sports consumers. The research describes the demographic profile and what are the favorite sports brands by consumers in the city of Bogotá. This study was quantitative with a correlational scope where it was important to find the aspects that influence the post-purchase behavior that leads to the loyalty of a sports brand; For this reason, a questionnaire was developed through questions with the Likert type scale. To measure variables such as satisfaction, brand value, trust, quality, and loyalty, a survey with a sample of 300 people was applied. The reliability of the measuring instrument was validated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the data collected were analyzed with multivariable statistics, and the statistical tests for the verification of the hypotheses raised were performed with the method of canonical correlation analysis that allowed to measure the relationship between the different variables. These correlations between the different dimensions were positive, and the results obtained ranged from 0.584 to 0.610, which meant that the hypotheses were supported, given that the values are above 0.3, and that represents the existence of links between the variables. Finally, the results and the analysis made allow sports brands to make decisions to strengthen loyalty with their consumers.","PeriodicalId":129517,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Information Management (ICIM)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127502649","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Risk management is a comprehensive and systematic way to manage risks, which is implemented continuously throughout the construction project in order for a construction company to achieve their project objective. The purpose of this paper is to study the mediating effect of knowledge management (KM) on the relationship between risk management (RM) and project performance (PP). This paper is a quantitative research whereby questionnaire survey is used. The population of this research is the construction industry (CI) in Malaysia. This paper had proposed a framework of the relationship between RM, KM and PP. The results of PLSSEM showed that (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between RM and PP; (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between risk management and knowledge management; (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between KM and PP; (4) KM has partially mediated the relationship between RM and PP. Hence, this paper concludes that implementation of RM will drive the implementation of KM in construction companies, which eventually improve the PP.","PeriodicalId":129517,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Information Management (ICIM)","volume":"127 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134396190","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data were gathered from 422 respondents via online questionnaire. The statistical model was tested by using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technique in Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) version 3.2.7 and Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. The findings indicate that sales promotion, bank card payment, visual merchandising, pricing, and online review significantly influenced impulse buying, while hedonic shopping motivation did not display any moderating function. Impulse buying positively influenced post-purchase regret and was moderated by materialism. Recommendations to marketers and limitation of this study are provided.","PeriodicalId":129517,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th International Conference on Information Management (ICIM)","volume":"147 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116500912","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
