Analysis on Standardization Mechanism in Construction of Public Credit Information System

Abstract

Standardization is an important foundation work in construction of public credit information system platform. Standardization of public credit information is not only a precondition of public credit information sharing and system integration, but also a basic guarantee for social credit system construction. At present, public credit information is faced with various problems, such as multiple collections, difficulty in data exchange and sharing, inconsistent credit results, difficulty in management and coordination, etc. Through analyzing functional orientations of public credit information system platform, supporting roles of standardization on public credit information system are made clear, analysis on standardization mechanism in construction of public credit information system is carried out, core elements, relations and requirements on standardization constructions are sorted out, and an overall framework of public credit information standard system with clear structure, distinct hierarchy and coordination is constructed by researching, so as to indicate directions for promoting standardization developments of public credit information, to promote standardized, orderly and efficient developments of credit information system, and to strengthen informatization foundations for construction of social credit system.
