This study aims to solve problems that have occurred in the school environment where educators, namely teachers, experience several problems in these activities which result in stagnation in learning activities and have a direct impact on students who are taught learning materials both theoretically, psychologically and sociologically. . Problems experienced by educators, namely teachers, such as being less precise in the selection and use of learning methods used in teaching and learning activities as well as educators, namely teachers experiencing difficulties in using online and online-based learning media (Distance Learning) which resulted in problems among participants. students in the form of, lack of absorption of students to the material being taught, lagging material, completion of structured tasks that are past the collection deadline and students feel the lack of material being taught. This research also explained that the variable of learning motivation strengthens the effect of Mastery of Basic Accounting and Mastery of English Vocabulary on the Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting, and also explained that there is a significant positive effect between Learning Motivation on Learning Outcomes of Computer Accounting. This research used a quantitative method. The sample of this research is 61 students of XI grade of Accounting at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran by using the sampling technique of purposive sampling. The method of data collection used in this research is multiple choice tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The test used in this research is test analysis, validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and the MRA test. Thus, the purpose of this research is to determine the level of economic learning motivation students at grade X of Social Science State 1 Padang Cermin Senior High School on Academic Year 2020/2021 during online learning at pandemic covid-19. The method used in this research was descriptive verificative with expost facto and survey approaches, with data collection techniques through observation, online interview, and questionnaire.. This reaserch was tested partially and simultaneously to 55 students. Based on the result of partially test, it was conclude that the effect of e-learning utilization (X1) on the economic learning motivation (Y) was 0.140 or 14%, learning independence (X2) on the economic learning motivation (Y) was 0.097 or 9.7%, online learning facilities (X3) on the economic learning motivation (Y) was 0.134 or 13.4%, and parental attention (X4) on the economic learning motivation (Y) was 0.147 or 14.7%. In this study, the sample used was 100 respondents who used Gojek services. This study uses 3 variables which are then analyzed using path analysis. From?the results of the t test research, namely the quality of service on satisfaction has a value of t count (1.819) t table (1.66) with a significance of 0.072 so that there is a significant effect. Analysis of t test data, namely the quality of service to customer loyalty has a value of t count (5.258) t table (1.66) with a significance of 0.000 so there is a significant effect. The t-test analysis is that satisfaction with customer loyalty has a value of t count (4.168) t table (1.66) with a significance of 0.000 so that there is a significant effect. This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on financial performance (a case study on a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period). This research is included in quantitative research and the population is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period, totaling 26 companies.
