Knowing the effect of procedural justice on organizational commitment. Knowing the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Knowing distributive justice, procedural justice and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on organizational commitment. The population of this study were all employees of Indigo Batik Yogyakarta totaling 40 employees. The research sample of Indigo Batik Yogyakarta employees is where the entire population is sampled, so the sampling technique is the census method. Sample data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of questionnaire data that was processed was 40 questionnaires. Data processing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, assisted by the SPSS version 23.0 program. The results of this study indicate that distributional justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Procedural Justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Distribution justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Distribution Justice on Organizational Commitment. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Procedural Justice on Organizational Commitment. The results of the study show that the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Sector is still the largest contributor to the economy of Bima Regency. The learning development model in this study uses the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, in this study only up to the implementation stage. The research instrument used consisted of: (1) Media Validation Sheet, (2) Material Validation Sheet, (3) Teacher Assessment and Response Sheet, (4) Student Assessment and Response Sheet. The results showed that the feasibility level of learning media using Microsoft PowerPoint on economic subjects as an alternative for independent study during the pandemic was based on the assessment: 1) Material Experts obtained a total score of 68 in another word 80% which was included in the \"Very Valid\" category, 2) Media Experts obtained a total score of 46 0.0 in another word 92% which was included in the \"Very Valid\" category, 3) Economics Learning Practitioners (Teachers) give a total score of 111 in another word 88,8% which was included in the \"Very Good\" category. The students' response to this media when the trial was conducted on average showed a positive response by getting a percentage of 91.34% from the standard 61% as a whole. This research was a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects of this study were 101 students who had finished taking entrepreneurship courses across study programs. Techniques of collection data were carried out by interviewing and distributing questionnaires. The analyzed of data was used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The tool of analiticall used was SEM (structural equation modeling) with AMOSS software programs. The results of this study were indicated: knowledge of entrepreneurship has a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship in cross-study entrepreneurship program students, those were indicated by the value of the standardized regression weight coefficient obtained by 0.521 and the C.R value of 4.331 with a probability value of 0.000 (p 0.05), knowledge of entrepreneurship has a positive effect on attitude in cross-study entrepreneurship program students, those were indicated by the value of the standardized regression weight coefficient obtained by 0,464 and the C.R value of 3,834 with a probability value of 0.000 (p 0.05), and attitudes has a positive effect on interest in entrepreneurship in cross-study entrepreneurship program students. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted directly to all respondents with a total of 9 oyster mushroom entrepreneurs. Based on the results of this study, the role of entrepreneurs in the production process starts from the mixing of raw materials and even marketing. And also the oyster mushroom industry plays an important role in improving the economy of oyster mushroom entrepreneurs meeting their daily needs. Because the increase in income between before and after this business reached 57%.
