The population of this study were all employees of Indigo Batik Yogyakarta totaling 40 employees. The research sample of Indigo Batik Yogyakarta employees is where the entire population is sampled, so the sampling technique is the census method. Sample data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of questionnaire data that was processed was 40 questionnaires. Data processing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, assisted by the SPSS version 23.0 program. The results of this study indicate that distributional justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Procedural Justice has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Distribution justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Procedural justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Distribution Justice on Organizational Commitment. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of Procedural Justice on Organizational Commitment. 本研究旨在探讨分配公平对组织承诺的影响。了解程序公正对组织承诺的影响。了解工作满意度对组织承诺的影响。认知分配公正、程序公正和工作满意度对组织承诺有同步影响。本研究的研究对象为Indigo Batik Yogyakarta的员工,共40名员工。Indigo Batik Yogyakarta员工的研究样本是对整个人口进行抽样,所以抽样技术是人口普查法。通过发放问卷收集样本数据。处理的问卷数据为40份。本研究的数据处理采用多元线性回归分析技术,辅以SPSS 23.0版程序。本研究结果显示,分配公平对工作满意度有显著的正向影响。程序公正对工作满意度有显著的正向影响。分配公平对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。程序公正对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。工作满意度对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。工作满意度能够中介分配公平对组织承诺的影响。工作满意度可以中介程序公正对组织承诺的影响。
