Saili","doi":"10.56625/jipho.v5i1.29016","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56625/jipho.v5i1.29016","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kadar asam urat, kolesterol, dan glukosa darah ayam kampung super yang diberi jus buah pare. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan 5 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 20 unit percobaan. Perlakuan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu P0 = air minum tanpa penambahan jus buah pare (control), P1 = air minum yang mengandung 2,5 % jus buah pare, P2 = air minum yang mengandung 5 % jus buah pare, P3=air minum yang mengandung 7,5 % jus buah pare. Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar asam urat, kolesterol dan glukosa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar asam urat darah ayam kampung super berkisar antara 4,5 mg/dl – 9,23 mg/dl, kadar kolesterol darah ayam kampung super berkisar antara 161 mg/dl – 301 mg/dl, dan kadar glukosa darah ayam kampung super berkisar antara 146 mg/dl – 293 mg/dl. Pemberian jus buah pare dengan level berbeda tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kadar asam urat, kolesterol, glukosa dan darah ayam kampung super. Oleh karena itu diperlukan peningkatan populasi sapi potong dengan cara meningkatkan jumlah kelahiran pedet dan calon indukan dalam jumlah besar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keberhasilan inseminasi buatan pada sapi Simental di Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan teknik wawancara. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan S/C1=1 sebanyak 25 ekor sapi betina bunting dengan pelaksanaan 1 kali inseminasi. S/C2 dengan nilai 2, adalah nilai yang didapatkan dari 2 kali inseminasi pada 31 ekor sapi betina bunting. S/C3=3 sebanyak 6 ekor sapi betina dikategorikan dalam nilai kurang baik, nilai rata,an S/C Sapi Simental betina produktif yaitu 1,5. CR1 adalah sapi betina bunting dalam 1 kali inseminasi dengan nilai 100%, sedangkan CR2 adalah sapi betina bunting dalam 2 kali IB dengan nilai 50%. CR3 adalah sapi betina bunting dalam 3 kali IB dengan nilai 33,33%, Nilai rata-rata CR pada Sapi Simental adalah 88,57%. Tingkat keberhasilan Inseminasi Buatan pada induk sapi Simental di Kecamatan Wonomulyo Kabupaten Polewali Mandar sudah baik dilihat pada Conception Rate (CR1) yaitu 100%, CR2=50%, dan CR3=33,33% dinyatakan kurang baik karena <50%, dengan rata-rata 88,57%. Mott) pada panen kedua. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September - Desember 2019, di Laboraturium Unit Agrostologi Fakultas Peternakan serta uji kualitas kandungan nutrisi dilakukan di Laboratorium Unit Analisis Pakan, Jurusan Peternakan Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Halu Oleo. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri atas 5 kelompok, setiap kelompok terdiri atas 4 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari P0 (Tanpa pupuk)), P1 (Dosis Pupuk 5 Ton/Ha), P2 (Dosis Pupuk 10Ton/Ha) dan P3 (Dosis Pupuk 15Ton/Ha). Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu produksi bahan segar (batang, daun serta raiso batang dan daun), kadar bahan kering, kadar bahan organik, kadar serat kasar dan kadar protein kasar. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam. Apabila hasil analisis menunjukan F hitung >F tabel, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji beda Duncan pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang sapi tidak menunjukan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap produksi segar batang, produksi segar daun, rasio batang dan daun, kandungan bahan kering, bahan organik, serat kasar dan protein kasar rumput odot. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 4 perlakuan dan masing-masing perlakuan terdiri atas 4 ulangan sehingga terdapat 16 satuan percobaan, setiap ulangan terdiri dari 4 ekor ayam. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah : P0 = pakan mengandung 19% protein dan EM 2900 kkal/kg, P1= pakan mengandung 20% dan EM 3000 kkal/kg, P2= pakan mengandung 21% protein dan EM 3100 kkal/kg, P3= pakan mengandung 22% protein dan EM 3200 kkal/kg. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan dan konversi pakan. Using betel leaf extract as a sanitizer, this study aims to examine the hatchability of eggs resulting from crosses between Bangkok chickens and laying hens. This study used a randomized design with four treatments and five replications. There are five eggs in each repetition. The treatments tried were soaking eggs in 70% ethanol (P0), 5% betel leaf extract (P1), 10% betel leaf extract (P2), and 15% betel leaf extract separately (P3). in this study were organisms that had not yet developed practicality, mortality and hatchability. Analysis of variance using to tabulate and analyzed the data obtained. The Least Significant Difference Test using to continue the evaluation if the treatment has a significant effect on the variables studied. The mean embryo survival rates were 88% (P0), 91% (P1), 84% (P2), and 58% (P3), according to the findings. In each treatment, the average mortality rate was 12% (P0), 9% (P1), 16% (P2), and 42% (P3). hatchability was 56% (P0), 79.% (P1), 63% (P2), and 42% (P3). The use of betel leaf extract with different concentrations as egg cleaner from crosses between Bangkok and laying hens had a significant impact on embryo survival and mortality, but not on hatchability. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mengidentiikasi bentuk kepala dan tanduk sapi Bali di Kecamatan Kabaena Tengah Kabupaten Bombana. Sampel penelitian adalah sapi Bali yang dipelihara di Desa Enano, Lengora Induk, Lengora Selatan dan Manuru sebanyak 230 ekor (48 ekor jantan dengan kisaran umur 6-30 bulan dan 182 ekor betina kisaran umur 5 bulan-15 tahun). Penentuan lokasi secara purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh ditabulasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sapi Bali di Kecamatan Kabaena Tengah Kabupaten Bombana adalah bentuk kepala jantan dominan lebar (87,5%) dan betina dominan panjang (100%), bentuk tanduk jantan dominan tanduk silak bajeg (54,16%) dan betina tanduk silak manggulgangsa (34,62%). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the combination of phytobiotics from jengkol peel extract with the probiotic Bacillus cereus on the immune profile of male magelang ducks. This research was carried out for 8 weeks of rearing which was carried out in the poultry house of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tidar University and analysis of blood profile was carried out at the Laboratory of the Prof. Soeparwi Veterinary Hospital, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Gadjah Mada University. The research used 100 male Magelang ducks DOD grouped into 5 treatments, namely (P0) control water without the addition of probiotics and extracts; (P1) water with the addition of 0.5% probiotics and 0.2% jengkol peel extract; (P2) water with the addition of 1% probiotics and 0.4% jengkol peel extract; (P3) water with the addition of 1.5% probiotics and 0.6% jengkol peel extract; (P4) water with the addition of 2% probiotics and 0.8% jengkol peel extract. The data was analyzed using SPSS Version 23 software using a completely randomized design (CRD) with a unidirectional pattern, then continued with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the combination of phytobiotics from jengkol peel extract with Bacillus cereus no significant effect (P>0.05) on the hemoglobin, eritrocyte count and leukocyte level of male Magelang ducks. Percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), dengan enam perlakuan ransum yang disusun berdasarkan level campuran tepung biji karet yang berbeda K0 (100 % Ransum komersial tanpa tepung biji karet), K1 (94 % Ransum komersial + 6 % tepung biji karet), K2 (91 % Ransum komersial + 9 % tepung biji karet), K3 (88 % Ransum komersial + 12 % tepung biji karet), K4 (85 % Ransum komersial + 15 % tepung biji karet), dan K5 (82 % Ransum komersial + 18 % tepung biji karet) dengan lima kali ulangan. Parameter yang diamati adalah konsumsi ransum, pertambahan berat badan, dan efesiensi penggunaan ransum. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam, dan perbedaan antar perlakuan diuji dengan uji jarak berganda Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa campuran konsentrat tepung biji karet terhadap konsumsi ransum dan penambahan berat badan itik alabio berpengaruh nyata (P < 0,05). This study aims to determine the utilization of kepok banana peels on the growth of broilers. This research was conducted for 2 months, including the preparation of cages until harvest with 1 day old broilers (DOC). The method used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 2 repetitions with concentrations of 0% (control), 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% banana peels. As well as analysis using Analysis of Variance (ANAVA), if there is a difference between the treatments, it can be continued with the LSD test (Lessest Significant Difference) with a 95% confidence level. From the results of the research that has been done, the results show that the best broiler body weight gain is 0% banana peel and the lowest is 100% banana peel. The main factor causing the low death of broilers in the 100% banana peel treatment was due to the high C/N content in the banana peel. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the higher the concentration of feed given to broiler feed the lower the average growth of broilers. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah: P1 (Solid sawit tanpa fermentasi), P2 (Solid sawit fermentasi 7 hari), P3 (Solid sawit fermentasi 14 hari), P4 (Solid sawit fermentasi 21) hari, P5 (Solid sawit fermentasi 28 hari). Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah kadar air, bahan kering, dan serat kasar.
