Universities and colleges can implement best practices of digital marketing to build brand awareness and trust. Using web analytics, marketers can justify investments in digital advertising. This paper works especially well if readers have some background knowledge about social media,Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google analytics, and content marketing. Social media marketing is accountable. Marketers can design a measurement strategy to accomplish their goals. One practical challenge universities face is evaluating whether their social engagement efforts are able to meet the fundamental goals of their stakeholders. Statistics derived from analytical tools can guide any university to design more focused campaigns targeting specific audiences. Popular social networking sites including Facebook and Twitter are perceived to contribute more return on investments for online marketing campaigns than many others. Therefore, marketers create campaigns around these two platforms only. Prosedur pengembangan IDI, yaitu define, develop, dan evaluate. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dimana data yang diberikan oleh ahli media, dosen, dan siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif, yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan penggunaan CD interaktif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian pengembangan ini meliputi:(1) validitas media CD interaktif dinyatakan sangat valid pada aspek materi dan aspek media;(2) praktikalitas media CD interaktif berdasarkan respon guru dan siswa dinyatakan sangat praktis;(3) efektivitas media CD interaktif dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Students are expecting and demanding more services from their institutions. Their classes do not get over with school timings. Rather, their learning continues 24x7 wherein they expect their educational institutions to keep pace with their demands. This is where the innovative role of cloud computing comes in order to meet their requirements. According to Mircea & Andreesu, cloud computing is a next generation platform that allows institutions and organizations with a dynamic pool of resources to reduce cost through improved utilization. Educational institutions these days are facing many problems with the increasing need of IT and IT related infrastructure. In such a scenario, cloud computing can be a reliable solution for fulfilling the need of software, storage services, and infrastructure of such institutions as it is based on existing IT technologies such as the internet, grid computing, virtualization etc. Cloud computing has become a buzzword these days. The objective of this paper was to explore the role of cloud computing in Indian educational institutions i.e. how cloud computing through its various deployment & service models can help improve teaching, pedagogy, and agility of an institution? Further, this paper critically evaluated the crucial risks and challenges that institutions face in taking advantage of this emerging cost-effective technology which has the potential of bringing in a revolution in the education sector. This paper used live case studies of various Indian and international educational institutions which are using this technology to meet the ever increasing pressure to deliver more for less as the data for discussion. There are very few papers which discuss live cases of educational institutes where cloud computing is playing a crucial role and even fewer studies discuss the risks and challenges associated with this technology. Hence, this study on cloud computing brings in a real perspective through cases which are of utmost importance for better understanding of this technology in the field of education. Hence, predicting students' probable performance in semester-end examination and helping them raise performance level by providing necessary guidance have become the need of the day. Many research works have been directed towards this area. This paper attempted to provide a comprehensive review of all major researches that have been undertaken  for prediction of student performance. It also attempted to suggest a common framework which can be used in studies related to student performance prediction. They will have the ability to extensively browse through large databases for specific data and also to manipulate the same at their own will. Their paperless offices will be highly automated for routine office activities e.g. resource booking, meeting scheduling. Also, they will be truly online executives who use computers as tools for improving their personal productivity. The objective of this research was to trace the opinions of employees working in the telecom sector regarding the usage of e-HRM (electronic- Human Resource Management) in the sector in the Indian scenario; to identify usefulness of an e-HRM venture towards employees; to identify various functions in the organization for which e- HRM systems are used and to offer recommendations and suggestions for enhancing the effectiveness of e-HRM systems. The research instrument used was a structured questionnaire containing five point scale questions circulated among employees. Appropriate statistical tools such as percentage analysis were used wherever applicable, to draw logical conclusions from the data. The data has been presented using statistical tools including bar graphs and pie charts. From the research it has been inferred that the telecom sector has been successful in usage of e-HRM in different areas of the organization such as Resource Management, Compensation and Reward Management, Performance Management, Training and Development, and Employee relations. The examination covers established definitions, and frameworks, by taking into account the utility in an online environment. The revisit explores central scholarly standpoints and demonstrates a gradual shift from traditional to a digital era of communication. Despite the growing importance of corporate e-reputation, the theory remains hazy and significantly incomplete. The authors also present a feasibility overview of adopting available academic knowledge and tools for reputation management purposes. By establishing a reflexive relationship between reputation and technological advances, this study rhetorically states the prognosis of the subject. Key points of the discussion are conferred in a logical succession. The advances in information and communication technologies and their related infrastructure apparatus provide opportunities to transform the relationship between government and citizens and business in new ways that contribute to the attainment of good governance. The advancement in ICT not only acts as an engine for economic growth, it also enhances the potential for the delivery of social services and the effectiveness of government administration. In addition, the use of ICT may lower transaction costs both for citizens and government operations and make public services more affordable to people at large. India being the largest democracy in the world, has much to gain from e-Governance, especially when citizen participation in governance is one of the features of the fully evolved stage of e-government. Government of India has for the past three decades (1985-2015) widely acknowledged that expanded use of ICT in the public sector can offer important benefits such as improved planning and monitoring mechanisms, cost savings through rationalization, and more effective administration and delivery of certain public services. E-governance needs to transform all levels of government but the focus should be on local governments since local governments are the closest to citizens, and constitute for many, the main interface with upper tiers of government. The university implemented best practices of online marketing coupled with effective and efficient execution. This case envisages NorthCap's challenges in building trust in their online audience and the tools chosen to mitigate them. Marketers must think strategically about exploring the power of the internet to understand potential customers, effectively communicating with them, and leveraging digital technology to increase returns. The readers are also challenged to think about solutions to mitigate risks that could arise from strong online presence especially in social networking sites. This case also brings forth the relevance of analytics in identifying useful web data and justifying investments in digital advertising and promotional activities. Lastly, it provides a set-up to a meeting where a choice from among clearly-defined digital marketing options must be made.This case works especially well if readers have some background knowledge about social media, SEO, web analytics, and content marketing. Social media marketing enabled NorthCap University to identify its target audience, in brand building, lead generation, and relationship building. It fostered user participation on social network sites through regular conversations, honoring feedbacks, and maintaining transparency. One practical challenge the university faced in the process was to evaluate whether their social engagement efforts were able to meet the intrinsic motives of the stakeholders. It was crucial to identify the \"value of a like\" before proceeding to implementing any fan acquisition strategy. In order to combat this challenge, sophisticated analytical tools were utilized to provide key insights about the digital campaigns. E-Governance provides flexibility to the citizens of the country by shifting government services from traditional to digital form. In a developing country like India, citizens are also striving for adoption of e-Governance practices. Moreover, Indian government is initiating digitalization rigorously in almost all fields. Any e-governance project moves through three stages i.e. planning, implementation, and adoption by citizens. Usually, e-Governance projects start with discussions with senior government officials after doing deep need analysis and the techniques involved in implementation of e-Governance projects are finally adopted by the citizens of country. E-Governance brings more transparency and accountability in the government system. Many e-Governance projects in developing countries like India are at different stages of progression. The Indian government developed various e-Governance portals as interfaces to provide its services online as well as offline in adoption phase. The objective of this paper is to understand and analyze various parameters which make impact on the assessment of e-Governance portals. E-governance portals are evaluated on attributes such as static appearance, features, and service quality by the citizens. Many parameters were identified from vast literature review and then short-listed with the help of opinion of experts for this study. A framework was developed on the basis of short-listed parameters. Further, aspects and parameters were prioritized by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study identified that the most important aspect for evaluation of e-Governance portal is service quality. The findings of the study will be highly useful for the developers of e-Governance portals. Hence in today's world, the companies that do not provide value to their customers bring an opportunity for the competitors to jump in and steal these customers. Organization are increasingly focusing on building long-term relationship with customer, thereby increasing their probability for success by offering customers higher levels of satisfaction, increasing customer loyalty and ultimately retaining customer. Thus, the paper attempts to establish concrete relationships between service quality, customer satisfaction and customer retention. The relationship is supported through testing of hypothesis through and one sample t-test for finding out the impact of service quality and to find out the gaps in service quality of cab aggregators in consumer minds.
